I stole this picture from eBay. Where did it come from originally?
(I'd love to get my hands on one before Sept/Oct)

Custom???

This is not a custom. It can be pre-ordered at a few online diecast dealers.
The eBay auction is here (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=6913519026).

The question was:
"Where can I find the original picture that this seller had stolen?"

The local Action dealer does not have any pictures. I would like to view some good pictures before I pay $15-20 for this HUMMER.

Looks like you could have had that one for under $12 including shipping.

But these aren't MM are they.

Action (http://www.action-performance.com/) now owns FunLine (http://www.funline-toys.com/)/Muscle Machines (http://www.musclemachines.com/)

The key question is will this be packaged as a MM or something else??

As you've stated, Action now owns FunLine. I'm not sure where you can purchase this one so it must be some kind of promotional thing. But, I can add that this paint scheme is in celebration of GI Joe’s 40th Anniversary. The U.S. Army and MB2/MBV will run a special one-time paint scheme on Joe Nemechek's No. 01 Chevrolet Monte Carlo at Lowe’s Motor Speedway on October 16.

The key question is will this be packaged as a MM or something else??My guess is "something else". I have requested packaging info from both my local distributor & Action.
(I'll update if/when I get anything back.)

I went to visit one of the local Action Performance dealers today.
These are still coming!
I pre-ordered today for $7.95 each. (Much better than the $9.99 +s&h on eBay.)

...will this be packaged as a MM or something else??The workers in the store never called them "Muscle Machines" - just "FunLine".

I'm Still Waiting For That Stupid Hummer !
I've emailed Action to see if the series was cancelled. (No reply after a week!)

The local distributor is clueless. (Big surprise!)

I THINK THE MIDDLE OF DEC. IS A LONG ENOUGH WAIT ... I FELT KIND OF RIPPED OFF AFTER I SAW THE TANK, AND THE OTHERS. WHEN I ORDERED THE HUMMER IT WAS LATE JUNE,
