I don't think so. My duaghter has some big cheerleading thing that I need to go to & my niece is having her 2nd birthday party. I should be there next weekend though.

I think they are selling alot of the 1/8 scale Ofna buggy's & nobody sells more 1/10 scale trucks than Traxxas.

Not this again.:freak: There is nothing wrong with racing offroad. But I would say you would get more info from the guys that run it all the time. So like it was said in one of the other post you would better off to go to the track and ask the guys that are there running the outdoor track.

There are a series of questions to answer first...

Are you attracted to "Monster Trucks" or "Race Trucks" for example...

Most new racers like the noize and raw speed of Nitro power, but Nitro can also become very frustrating when the motor gets out of tune...

Electric power really works well for most new racers, but that gets into buying expensive batteries and a quality charger...

Radios are the same for all -- get a good one up front (MX-3, for example)...

I tend to be a LOSI guy -- For a race truck, I'd recommend a LOSI "Ready to Run" -- either the XXXT RTR or the XXX-NT RTR. They both come with a good digital AM radio...

If you are into Monster Trucks, TRAXXAS is the traditional king, but LOSI, Associated, and even Tamiya have quality rigs...

Hey M.K. you don't need a new motor its all set up, remember. :devil:

You are exactly right Mr. Cole. But to go real fast, you need both setup and motor, but without setup, more horsepower doesn't matter. :thumbsup:

M.K. are you planning a road trip soon for here? I heard the Chilli race as been cancelled , maybe we could all make a trip to Omaha or Track side instead. :cool:

I'm going to Omaha. I can fit maybe five people in my truck. Three spots are filled up. So room for two more.
