Hey Rob, thanks for the help with my car on Sunday. You new just what it needed. I now belong to the 75 lap and over club in Stanton, Nebraska. Those tires of yours were awesome. Cars on Murdock R/C Tires finished first, second and fourth (me) out of a field of 14 or 15 cars in 19T.

I just wanted to let everyone know that if you haven't tried Murdock tires yet I think you are missing out. They have help me tq and win some big races this year. I'm looking forward to the birds. They are the most consistent tires I have ever run. You don't have to durometer every tire. If you have a pink it will be 1 or 2 numbers different. I have run my personal best at Sandhills in mod this year. The quickest I have been able to run is 56 4.00 i ran 57 4.03 at our memorial race. So all I'm trying to say is give them a try. I look forward to meeting the other team guys at the birds I just hate I've got to pit with one of them. Sorry Kenny!!! Just kidding!!LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Ritchie, you better show Kenny some love. He is the man bringing the horsepower :)

Im going to do my best to send down a bunch of extra stuff for tires to the birds. So if you getting beat by them or just need some extras, look up Kenny Collins from KC Racing so you can be fast too. ;) Good luck every one

If you mean the clicker shock that used to come with the h drive kits I do have a couple of those laying around yet. the kits no longer come with that shock though. Most go with the hpi. But I do have a couple of clickers around yet if you want one. Shoot me an email if that is what you need and we'll get one right out

CONGRADULATIONS :) to team driver Ritchie Mcdonald on a solid 5th place finish in expert 19 turn at the snowbird nationals. MR/C tires and KCR horsepower a lethal combination. Great job to everyone with KCR and a huge thanks to Ken Collins himself for all his efforts to all the drivers at the 2005 snowbird nationals

Just wanted to say thanks again for all the help today. Also KC horsepower laid it down for me in the Plex cup class in Omaha. Broke the tq and won the a-main. Also Murdock tires are the way to go. Good practice for me for the upcoming Region 8 race. Thanks again Rob, youre my hero!!

Rob also broke the 19t open track record for the second week in a row at the HobbyPLEX in Omaha with Murdock R/C Tires. His sister, Brittany was right on his tail and took second with the same tire combo.

Hyperdriver,
I didn't know that Murdock sold spec tirers? I thought that you had to run spec tirers in the Plexcup class?
How many laps did you run?
Last time I checked the track record was 61 laps.

hyperdriver
02-21-2005, 01:56 AM
Wasnt running spec tires, so it really didnt count. Since no one wants to run stock, dont know why, I run with them anyway. I wish some people would run a stock class, would be alot more fun.

BallisticBill
02-21-2005, 11:05 AM
Speedpunk

Had you been at the track on Sat you would have seen that Hyperdriver ran stock in the Plexcup class (NOVICE) because there were no other stocks there. It was kinda like a few weeks ago when a brushless car ran with the stocks. The time did not count in Plexcup ( novice class) for Hyperdriver. Like he stated, it was practice for him for the Region 8 race.

Hyperdrivers car ran quite well on his Murdock R/C tires. He is getting better and better and I think he will do well at the Region 8 race in STOCK on his Murdock R/C Tires.

BallisticBill,

I wasn't at the track on Sat. because I was spend time with my Son. As you were with your Son Rob. Had you been at the track two weeks ago you would have seen me run 19t class with my brushless car. That is not the issue. The issue that I have is that if you run with the other classes then you should not compare your self against them.

hyperdriver
02-22-2005, 07:34 PM
Just a thought....maybe some people should move up to a stock class, so I dont have to run with the novice guys.

Im not sure what started this for sure but this thread is for Murdock R/C to advertise and talk about what we have going here and advertise how our valuable customers and sponsored drivers do at their races as well as our products. This is not to cause trouble for no reason. What hyperdriver posted as well as others is a thanks for the help that Murdock R/C has given them and nothing more. And I appreciate the positive comments very much. But Im going to ask you nicely speedpunk to take it somewhere else.

Murdock R/C & Performance is here to help racers as much as possible and make racing FUN.

Just a heads up here on a couple of new things at Murdock R/C. I now have 1/8x5/16 ceramic bearings in stock for $4.50 each or we will do bearing kits with them instead of flanged if you want. Ceramic motor bearings are also in stock $4.50 each. My personal motors have spun smoother and have more rpm since switching to ceramic instead of standard steel.

Battery Tape. I have always had battery tape but I now have 1/2 inch wide tape that is 300+ pound. Very tough stuff and sticky. $6.95 a roll

If you prefer your ceramic bearing kits in a different form than listed on the website just let us know and we will substitute or change the package to your needs. $45 for a complete car. Details of contents can be seen at our website.

Thanks for your continued business. It is appreciated

To save time in processing please dont send pay pal payments without first contacting Murdock R/C. We have had a number of payments for unknown things lately that did not include shipping, plus we always send a request with shipping included. That way we have a record of charges requested. Just trying to save some confusion and transaction time.

Thank you, Rob @ Murdock R/C & Performance

Durometers are in stock

Thank you Hyperdriver. I was glad to help.

Congradulations to my family this weekend. We had a darn good shot at a 3 pack of wins and TQ's. Cars were there, drivers were on it. The competition was stiff and we did the best we could. Congrats to my Dad Bill for a front row start in the stock class, little Sis on a front row start and 19 Turn Region 8 WIN, Awesome job Sis, And I gave it all I had in Mod. We had the mod car and stock car that could have won if things went just right and that is all we can ask for. One heck of a job Team.

Thanks to Our awesome sponsors for the outstanding equipment as well. KC Racing, Hyperdrive, Yo daddy decals, And our Murdock R/C Tires. Your assistance is more than appreciated.

Thank you to all my fellow racers and friends on some excellent performance on Murdock R/C tires. I watched some above and beyond effort from all of you this weekend and I thank you for your efforts and support. You guys are awesome. Murdock R/C tires had some excellent showings this weekend.
