Thanks Humpty,Barry & Mike for all your help this carpet season. We hope all the hard work & energy put into it shows up at Snowbirds. I've never saw any other mfg have the weekly track supt that Hyperdrive offers & it always makes it a easy decision when acquiring a new chassis. Thanks again, Tim & Caleb

I broke the track record at Lakes Region R/C in New Hampshire with my Hyperdrive Pro 3. Handles amazing. Also helps when Valentine sets it up ;) Goodjob Barry.

Now my question.

I just bought a used Pro2 for banked track (i am going to run banked 4 times a year so I didnt get the Pro 3)

ANYWAY, What would be a good setup for Fairfield Maine if anyone knows, Banked, long, paperclip corners. Tire Compound, springs, any help will be appriciated.

I have three, out of package, symmetrical bottom plates for a 0700. Two are supposed to be 0° rear steer and one is supposed to be 1/4° rear steer. How can I tell which one is the 1/4° plate?

TIA

Caleb,

I think Humpty runs pretty much pinks and a red left rear,if I understood him correctly this past weekend. It's hard to beat the pinks they have great foward and side bite.

Set Up Help

I just purchased a HK-7007T and I need to find out how to mount the servo since there are no holes drilled for the servo mounts. Also I have not been able to find a set up for 6 cell stock on ozite carpet. The straight is about 85 feet.

Any help would be great.

Thanks, Brad

Ok guys I have a pro 3 slider comming and at my track I am hearing horror stoys about this car. Is their problems with the geomtry of the car that makes it push? Is their a fix to the problem? I would like to make sure that I don't have to fight setup every weekend, is their truth to this or are these guys trying to put down this car?

Thanks

MURDOCKRC
03-05-2006, 12:09 PM
In no way does this car push. That would be a set up problem with someone if it does. The pro 3 is by far one of the best rotating cars I have ever driven. Make sure that your front end is built right with no binds, t plate/pod movement is free and you will be fine. If you need any set ideas your welcome to email anyone of us that drive them. MURDOCKRC@AOL.COM Ill do my best to help out

Yea I gotta go with Rob on this one,my pro 3 has no evidence of a tight condition at all,it rotates extremely well as does all the pro 3's at my track,I've not heard one complaint of a tight car,at least as far as the car goes.

Raptor_MS
03-05-2006, 12:37 PM
From what I have seen, the PRO 3 doesn't push. It performs.

Hey guys I was running my buddies Siva car in stock, and I was running pink rears, pink LF purple RF. I am running on a short flat carpet track ozite carpet, will this work on the Pro3 instock? What is the best stock tire combination to start with?

Thanks

"Frank Ulbrik"
03-05-2006, 02:27 PM
Pinks & purps are mod & sometimes 19t tires. I run T.M. tires & have had really good luck with G4 rears a grey LF & a dbl black RF. That setup has track record at just about every track in the midwest.
