I don't like the losi shocks. Mine didn't leak, I sealed them with silicone, but that is not the problem I am having. My problem it whenever I hit a jump the bottom shock end pops off the shaft. When I was running a baja, landing any jump over 1 or 2 feet would sometimes pop it off. I ordered a 3racing rear shocks and am going to use the losi shocks in front. I hope the 3racing ones don't have the same problem. They will be tested when I drive it with a motor that is turning in excess of 50,000 RPM (I'll test those little plasitc gears too).

According to the little handy dandy mini T calculator thing, at 9.6v (my GP 8 cell), running the 8000kv motor, my mini T will go 47mph.

Although at the track, the baja is enough.

i dunno... i got the new shifter thingie... i'm NOT doing the engine/trany swap...... not yet at least.... Remember that NOISE we heard??? the bearings in the alternator went p00f, sooooo i got another alternator ready for placement... i just too lazy to do it... i worked on Noel's Elantra today.....

nothing was really wrong with it he just changed the oil and stuff.

Wayne, Not a prollem!! if you want.... i'll be stopping by Zeppelin on Friday to give charlie $$ for my and my bro's Challenge entry.... if Chris is gonna be there, i'll get them from him... and as for the weight of the oil, i got lots, from 15-40 in 5 point incriments..... just name the poison, and i'll apply it! i got tons of oil, and i'd like to start usin it! Just let me know...

i use some Permatex sealer stuff for threads, and its got teflon.... its like LIQUID TEFLON TAPE!! damn good stuff!! i cant fint the tube right now so i cant tell you EXACTLY the name and part # of it, i KNOW its in one of my toolboxes..... i'll have to look a little harder!!

I am hoping to be at Zeppelin on friday night too. It all depends on how much sleep I get. I have to go to Cruzin sometime before sunday to get the stuff I need to complete the 1/8 buggy I got.

On another note, has anyone with a REVO tried it on the oval yet? I am curious to see how it works making left turns only. It looks like it is going to be a sweet weekend from what I have seen. Let's keep our fingers crossed........WAYNE

Then all I have to do is fix everything. Right now all my stuff to run on sunday is broken. I broke a lot of stuff at Marshall's and still had an awesome time. Some of it got fixed up there but some didn't. I should have it all ready to go for sunday. Well maybe I will see some of you on saturday...............WAYNE

get the standard. it is much more durable and it is also cheaper. besides it's not like the graphite is gonna make a difference in performance anyway.
