We should try and support the shops that support us. Sunday looks to be a great day for racing. Chance of a passing shower early then hot all day.

i go to tech toys sometimes because it is much closer to me. Tech toys is about 15 minutes away while zeppelins and crappy critters are about 45. and on top of that zeppelins has really let me down with parts for b4/t4 i don't think they have a single part for em. if i had a t-maxx or a losi i would prolly take the long trip up there. but i cant be goin up there just to order parts and then have to make the trip all the way back to pick them up.

mike hall, how would you find an intake leak on a car, the egine check light was on in my moms van and when it was diagnosed it came out as an intake leak

it's a ford windstar minivan. I have carb cleaner maybe i will try that. it might just be that somethin needs to be snugged up real quick. the only thing is that it is a very small leak so i am not sure if that will work. i know it is a small leak because my dad has had the engine check light reset a few times and the only time it senses the leak and the light comes back on is when some jerk(always me) nails the throttle gettin on to highways

oooooooooooookkkkkkkkkk, i know a fool who bought one of those 4banger japcrap integras that you like, he's on his third clutch , has thrown rods twice and the pile only has 45,000 on it. my van works fine it is just a very slight leak and you have no idea how much me and my mom dog that thing. Ford is good. i can't say they don't have their flaws and i don't think they are as easy to work on as some of the gm cars but overall they are well built.

personally, lately, i have been going to Zeppelin.... the only beef *I* have w/ zeppelin is the lack of b4/t4 parts... every time *I've* gone up there anyways... but i havent needed anything in a LONG time... as for t-maxx stuff... i always go to zeppelin (except for the weekend i totalled my tmaxx.... i was at my parents, and tech-toys was like 5 mins away)... even tho i live in West Paterson and Crispy Critters is closer, i still think Zeppelin is my LHS... when i was running my Losi XXX-NT, Crispy Critters was GREAT... not so much now tho.... occasionally i will stop in. One of the main reasons i started w/ Tech Toys was that thats where i got my 1st rc from when i was like 9 or 10...plus it was closer to where i lived. after a while, u get to know the guys that work there... (kinda like i am starting to now at Zeppelin). Jim at tech toys is a pretty cool guy, just a sucky situation he is now in....

anyways... Zeppelin is my "home base" now when it comes to the everyday crazy stuff... since you work there, and stuff, u should tell LOU what we need... Associated b4/t4 stuff... A-arms, Steering knuckles, yadda yadda...
i do wholeheartedly agree that we REALLY need to support the hobbyshops that support us... w/o them, we are screwed....

good buncha racing guys.... i am sooo tired... man, we really finished late today!!! i wish i could have stayed to help clean up, but the people i travel with either have work or school... (i dont got work.. yay.. vacation...) my day tomorrow will be filled w/ phone calls and such.
today was an awesome day of racing.... i liked seeing the 1/8th scales.. they were fast. as well as the UNLIMITED monster Trucks...
I really had a blast on the oval with that Mini-T.....good racing Chris, Wayne, and the rest of ya'll....

good day of racing, things went pretty damn smoothly considering how many classes they ran. I think there was like 22 mains. if the club keeps growing like this we're gonna need lights since we are runnin out of daylight fast.

I know that I have been 100 times better this year. Yes I can pass. I dont pull any hero moves on the track to try an win in one corner. You guys are really funny you worship Mike, and he is not all that. All of you should go to a National race, or some larger race than a Dirtrunners. See what comes out of it and what you learn there.

Yeah...i am in the pipe so much. that is how i can average 11 laps at every race, i yelled once yesterday, and that was becasue i was stranded upside down on the other side of the track, once

You really are a kid and show it. There is a difference between being fast, and being a clean driver. Yes you are fast. I never said that you werent. All I am trying to say is that you just punt people out of the way. By going to a bigger race, I wanted you to get experience with drivers that are better and faster than you. I went to one and learned a lot from it.

Tone the charger is just too complicated and too much of a hassel to use. All it did yesterday was false peak anyways so iam just better off wit my duratrax intellipeak.

Hey fellas, one thing we must remember is that this a club and we are all there to have fun and play with our toys. When we lose sight of that is when it isnt fun anymore. There is no need to be bad mouthing anyone because of this or that. We should be trying to help each other so that we can get better so that when we have the opportunity to go to a bigger race format than a club event we don't end up in the Q main. I know that a lot of our guys are younger and that is why we should all work together to try and build them up instead of going out of our way to make fun of them.We had a great day of racing yesterday. More new people and a great day weather wise so lets keep on the positive and work on building up. Thanks to all who helped when needed and hope to see everyone at the next race. WAYNE

Mike i dont punt anyone out of the way, ask Nick , i have been racing him for a few years now and i think he has seen me improve, and i think he might agree with me i race clean, a bump and a tap here and there should not be considerd to be taking someone out, what you did in the 1st heat of buggy was dirty, so i got you back in truck, if you want to play these games then be my guest but these little accidents happen, it happens to me more then not, and i dont say anything becasue it really doesnt matter, maybe a trophy race, but other then that it reallly shouldnt make a difference, so chill out and have some fun, stop thinking im out to get you

Personally, I never scream "Marshall" when I come off. I find it is much more effective for me just to scream "Marshall" every five seconds -- that way, when I do crash, they're already looking for me........
