nicwald 05-19-2004, 11:51 AM I would never do that to Nick.
Sometimes some outside help is needed to keep guys in check, we can get a little...umm...carried away, especially when it comes to guys who do RC...we tend to forget that money doesn't grow on trees...well, actually.....
Nick
eviltone 05-19-2004, 12:11 PM I would never do that to Nick.she has good reason to.... believe me.... technically, i dont need them, PLUS.... i just bought a CRAPLOAD of stuff over the last like 3 months..... its not like she's being selfish.... when ya go thru like 4000 to 7000 in like the span of a year and a half on R/C stuff... it kinda get rediculous.... heh... i am a bad boy....

I might have to drill out my tranny case to try it, but I'm not too crazy about that idea. But, I will not be trying it without bearings.

There's always a SportMaxx, or Ebay, you can get a used one for a good deal, just be careful of the engine, I don't know if I'd trust a used engine...

satrnfreak 05-19-2004, 08:37 PM Thats it ERIK, it has the pins. If they dont get them in, it looks like i wont be racing this weekend.
Uhhh, NIC? It was the other side this time, i think the guy that built it never put any locktite on them. And my dummass went home the other night and just did the one side....DOH:::::
FReaK
craftmastaschiz 05-19-2004, 08:43 PM oh man i got a job today i am now working at the hardware store so now i can afford the stuff like now i need a graphite chassis since mine is all messed up now
craftmastaschiz 05-19-2004, 08:45 PM Why dont you just buy the MF2 instead of wasting your money and having a MF 1.5
2 reaasons
1 i wasnt smart enough to think of that
and 2 is cause i got the xxxt for a trade for my rustler
and it is an mf2 ALMOST

I dont get it???? why don't losi and associated just use dogbones instead of those damn cvd's dogbones are much cheaper, much more realiable, and a little more efficient.

UHHHH..... CVDs are more efficient. They dont bind up when you have them at sharpe angles around 90 degrees. See how far you can "bend" a cvd and still rotate it. Then try with a dog bone and or universal joint. See which one has a larger range of motion.
hmm whats this do.
