I was doing all I could to run with Tom but I had nothing for him. I just felt like I won by staying on the lead lap..lol I was really looking foward to the main I thought I would have had a good race with Bear. He was a little faster in qualifier but I did some more adjusting and put in MR. Nasty (Bad a$$ Monster stock) and was going all out. But the battery Gods in the radio had other ideas..oh well. Butts you have been sorely missed along with P. So you guy's hury back.

Look up in the sky...it's a bird...it's a plane...no it's..it's...hmm...it's a L4 coming to your track real soon....Yup I finally spent the time to finish this thing and painted the body. I wonder what the paint scheme is? Chris my L4 is ready for some testing and tuning...will yours be? Or I might bring it out for Stricklands or RPM hmm so many decisions...OBTW the 10lss is officially passed over to the next generation racer :jest:

I will be going either Sun. or sometime begining of next week to do a little tuning. I know pretty much where it should be so it won't be to far off.

Yeah mines not show ready either but it'll still be fun. We need to hoook up while we're out there though. maybe you can give Val some tips on how to make his olds a little quicker. If it were an RC car it would run 15 laps in the break out class if it's lucky ouch!!!lol

Hey Tim , I too have taken up an old pastime of fishing. It's real easy for me now that my new neihborhood has an access dock to black creek. Just a little stroll from my door and I'm getting a hook wet.

Hey! What happened at the track friday night? No race reports? Track records? Fast laps? Nuthin?

Let's see....hmm it rained...track got wet...track dried quickly started first heat around 8:30 or 9...obtw I took a nap...didn't raced...picked up some dinner...and stop by HW and was surprised they were racing...I was able to catch the pro-spec heat and left...maybe some who raced will give a report for us who didn't....we all would like to know...

Nice to see you occassionally stop on here Butts (tm)...we all miss your race reports. :wave:

Just to let you all know I was in Orlando all day saturday and was able to squeeze a very vert short visit to RPM speedway track. Luckily it was open and I meet Scott Wise the owner. A very nice guy. I was very impress with the track(s). Outdoor road course, off road and dirt oval. Inside the carpet oval, slot track and an mini track. Something for everyone. The only thing its in Orlando and not here :( If you guys missed the carpet tracks in J'ville, you all need to try out RPM. Fairly large indoor, a/c, carpet track, pit spaces available no need to bring chairs or table just your r/c junk. I know FOCAR is holding an oval race next Sunday, a great opportunity for some of you guys for a road trip. I for one will be racing my first carpet race at RPM. Hope to see you guys there.

Both 19t and stock. They are available at the track but you have to have them to race.
