yea if the track wasnt dry then it wasnt fair for everyone,then it was a rain out.if the guys ran on a wet track there crazy and must have more money than me.

Most drivers do not want to put there cars on a wet track and I fell that once the track is wet the racing is done for that night unless the track becomes dry agian. Drivers you know how much money you have in your car and I know that any water can mess-up an r/c car quick and no one is expeted to put there car on a track that is not race ready. You guys put alot of hard work in this and dont get alot out of it so you should not jeopardize your car or others in unsafe conditions like rain. Besides once the track is wet you have no cotrol of your car so why would any of us put them on the track to mess up an r/c car that you have alot of money in. That does not make much sence to me but I was not there.

what's up with your truck??They put a new rear diff in when i was complining about the front diff. It took two weeks to get the rear diff in only to find out that the front diff was the problem. So they order the front diff and the wrong one came in so now I am waiting for the new front diff to come in then I still need to put 500 miles on the diffs befor I can tow.

Well George who knows what main I qualified in after reading all this hype,I fill in my own opinion even though I am not really into the points race this series if you don't run the scheduled races,2 heats and the main,then it should not count,JMO not ROAR rules..I know next time in the future to sign up (register) a day in advance because that is how they get setup in the heats it seems,anyone there should know if that is how it works!!! 1st five,six to sign up will be placed in the 1st heat,right?Wrong?

Had alot of fun guys,even though it might be a little while before I make it back over there as my wife's car is in the shop (3 or more weeks)after the accident..And my "BOX" I have to get some new treads for,Tom can you raffle those off:p . Maybe I can get in alot of overtime to pay these fines,drivers course,new tires,and what nots to make it for the next series..

dont forget focar race # 3 indoors on the rug! 30% off all the stuff in the hobby shop as well. friday practice from 2 pm til 11 pm saturday the 24th doors open at 7 am racing to begin at 11:30 am ..come race with floridas best oval racers! no rain, no generators,no heat,no sun....3 rounds and a main 1-3 in all A mains gets anice plaque..monster raffle before the mains...this is oval racing at it's best!

Kevin don't even try to figure it out. me and bear have signed up 1 and 2 and it put us in the same heat first and last. and Bear has signed up dead last and it puts him on the pole in the 1st qual. lol

The computer must really hate me then,lol. I am always starting in the 2nd qual..HMMMMM....:confused:

There are some facts about last friday night that need to be cleared up.

To start out, everybody knew that it was going to rain sooner or later that night. During the qualifers Tom kept asking whether or not we wanted call the race due to lighting and thunder. I did not here anybody say they wanted to call the race. In fact everybody was trying to hurry so we could get the races in. At the start of the last qualifier everybody but Tom was ready to race. Tom said to start without him and would join in later. All of the touring drivers were yelling to start the race so we could get it in. We started the race and Tom joined in. People were pulling there cars because they were broke or dead batteries. The race was completed and mains posted.

As far as you have always said, if we complete 2 qualifiers the race counts and the order of finish is determined by the starting order of the mains. So how is it that the race doesn't count?

For the record my car was not broke . I pulled it from lack of traction on the wet surface. Whatever John desides is fine with me. Whatever..

One thing is for sure the guys that won the 2nd quals won't be happy if it's thrown out. But fair is fair I think....

If we count the points we have to pay this Friday? How is that something we all can't agree on? I'm confused. Oh, are some people helped by how the points end up without running the mains? My 2nd qual wasn't dry so my time sucks, isn't that enough not to count points? my 2 cents.

How about this, if you want your points to count, you have to pay this Friday, and the rest of us who thought it was too wet, will get 0 points and not have to pay. ;) ;) sounds fair to me. lol

I don't care either way, but its just funny to see people still wondering what's going on even though John said on the thread that if it was raining than it doesn't count.

I just race for fun anyway, but then again I wasnt there Fri....dang bills.....but thats one of the reasons I dont care about points. Would take some of the fun out of it for me....but thats just my feelings. :)

I put my 2 cents in but I think that it is up to the racers that were racing that night if ya'll want to keep the points or throw them out. I dont think that what I say matters because I was not there so post your feeling about it, take A vote on it, and let me know if I need to fix the points or leave them alone. Once agian I was not there so it would not be fair for me to decide.

What are some of the rules for the Legend class

I guess its a legends chassis, legends body, spec tires, spec motor, spec brushes, spec 4c packs. Run the car just like it came out of the box w/no modifications. Most important rule is to have fun and forgive the young drivers for hitting you. We have at least four to five legends racers on any Friday night. Come out and bring your car.
