This coming Friday night we will have Drag racing at Mac Hobbies and the Concrete at Hobby Raceway Saturday night. Last Saturday night we had 3 racers and did not race. That's 2 rained out weekends for the Dirt and Not enough to race this weekend. I hope we have a killer crowd this weekend but RAIN is in the forcast. Everyone have a good week. OH and yes Clint is almost back to himself. Thank GOD.

That sucks you guys didn't get to have an official race Saturday, but them
test and run days are just as important and fun. I wish I had some more
"test and run" days. We've just been super busy the last couple of months.
I've been working on a new body. I painted it 2 tone with colors my little
girl picked out. It's wild. Put it this way, there will be no mistaking which car
is mine out there!!

Cool B.A., you slowed down any this week? You going to try and make it out to the track this weekend?

Concrete weekend is my on call weekend. So anything goes. I could
be working all weekend or nothing at all. This time of year is "last minute
get to do" time. If I can, I'll come out and see if you can take 1st again.
But Slow car has changed his name, lol !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do I need to get me another one, that must be a popular gear because I have loaned that 31 tooth out before and had to replace it free of charge. Just let me know something so I can get another on. I might need one. I sure was hoping that someone would buy my motor so I could get me a new one but I quess that its over now. Ron knows what the motor read on the Dyno and he saw what it did. I guess that the monstor finally came out in it, lol. Later all want make it to the work night but planning on sprayin some round up soon.

I've noticed with your drops, that after I put one drop on the brushes that the motor seems to run better on the second run. It may be just me or the motor getting tired, but it also don't feel like the RPM's are there, but the torque has gone up. I tried some other things you said to. They said I set track record in the Main, but it didn't feel fast.
Wish ya'll could have been there, we had eight buggies and one fullbody, and the other classes to.

Gimme some more speed secrets.

O almost forgot, Ed Hill over in Jackson,MS @ SmallCarsUnlimited is having a state race for all his pavement doings on June 26. Touring car and asphalt oval, so if your interested call him @ 601-372-3278. I know the store is open Saturtday.
This is a ROAR sanctioned race, so membership may be required.

What is the new track record? On a older set of brushes sometimes it does get faster the second run. Did you try 1 drop on the arm?

concrete that was dyed black when he built the track in 1988.

No, I took one brush out put a drop on the brush and put it back in the motor. The week you was there for practice, I put a drop directly on the com. I don't know the time, but I thought they said 36 laps. :thumbsup:

Well the track was fast last night. We had 2 track records broken (Transmission and F1). Nascars were flying everyone was in the 5.9 or better range.

Tony won Nascar.
Kriss won Transmission.
Micheal D. won Touring.(first time back)
Bill won F1's

Next weekend is both track. We will not run Trans on the Crete.
