no i didn't beat bob i didn't even run a good motor I think I lent out 4 of my motors witch made the B mains i went just to have fun that night. drove from twin mountain like 4hours away then drove home got home at 2 am

Okay, my back gave out, so I will have the results all done for you to see. Bat and I had some fun in the "A" main. We were racing for 5th I think. It was alot of fun. Bojo was a contender, but not in that race. I will get it all together.I can't wait until the 12th. All you boys going to attend? I am open every Monday night. The "Handout series" will start soon. I was going to show tommorrow, but it is 3pm and i just woke up, was in the ER last night until 5:30am, so my sleep cycle is like...:drunk: Everything is fine though. Mom went in for numbness and stuff, she was fine, it was just that everything takes so looong.

I think Bob and I needed a shootout at Manchester lol. I am up for it if the track still exists... Or even at Ricks! lol

It't preaty bad when people say thy are going to show. Then thy don't and you know who you are . You guys are just pissing racers off. There are only a few that live near by. Most of us drive 1 to 2 hours or more to get there. Then stay in a hotel .Then you guys don't show. I wasn't going to run this past weekend intill I saw ever body was coming. Spent money on a hotel and food.to race with first heat 2 races next haet 3 races. So I pack up my stuff and went back to my room put on the ac and watch t.v. Then started to think is it worth to go back there because it happens every week. There are other tracks that pull in 20 racers on friday nights. BUT i go to k/N because Chad does agreat job and he trys to keep every body happy. The races that do show are a lot of fun to joke with and we do have a good time. Sorry if this is long or pisses off any body. But dont say you coming and then dont show.

Lick your wounds boys and move on! You cannot re-write history, but must seize the moment when it happens. There are plenty of races I would like to be able to do over. Sometimes you are the windshield, sometimes you are the bug. Like I always say...to learn how to win, you must first learn how to lose!
Flat track is one thing, but you 2 grasshoppers need a few more trips to the high banks before you are ready for a match race at K/N. But keep up that competitive spirit, its the other half of the equation that you will need in your quest for dominance! I will be there for only sunday.we will see how many show.Chad you are doing a great job keeping a open mind and always in a good mood . but i am going to have to see if its worth running there any more with these no shows.if I can ever do any thing to help let me know.then I see some one that use to run at K/N pushing for rcmadness witch is not that far away like 30 min pushing for them to build a bank track. In stead of trying to help both tracks.Thank god he didn't have any pull.

Bojo, you have the wrong info, that bank track idea was this past winter
and did NOT fly. He is just trying to get people to run this race,
(parking lot) NOT take away from k/n as k/n is his favorate track,
just ask him!
Next time do some more investagation before you throw someone under the bus :devil:

Nick, what i see on ther web site dont lie and yes it was this past winter.gee how did you know who i was talking about? and how did i throw someone under the bus? and it was last month he starting again on it. I was not looking to upset any body when i posted that i didn't say it was wrong all i said we should try to help both tracks.

Guys, its okay. I understand that people have different avenues that they use to channel their thoughts and feelings. I took this past weekend to reflect on all that has happened in the industry since I took over at K/N.I just have some thoughts of my own to air. I would not mind people going to other tracks to race. That's life. NASCAR doesnt race the same track every week. With that understanding, I know that every week is not going to bring in record crowds. I am open for thoughts and comments, to help the sport of R/C Racing to grow. I have been open and honest since the first time the horn sounded. Everybody has their views on different aspects of life. If someone likes to race @ K/N,Radical Ricks,Maddness...etc, great. We all have our favorite spots, but we shouldn't bash the other venues, it only hurts our sport. We race TOY CARS for FUN, so let's have fun. If you have an issue with me or the track, air it with me, this forum is to keep people in touch with each other as well as to keep you informed on upcoming events. Trash talking is fun, but let's keep it related to racing, keep the personal issues out of it.With that said, LEt's Go Racing. Hey guys, just thought Id let you know that entries for the US Pan Car Championships will open up July 31. If you need a copy of the flyer just send an email to bjwilliams@liberty.edu. I will email it to you so you can print out copies and get it to pan car racers at your track (10th and 12th scale)

Is there a set schedule of business hours that K&N is always open? I went to the web site to find out, and I'm not sure if the info is up-to-date. It said:

"Thursday nights Legends Racing starts @ 7:30 doors open @ 4pm
Friday night 4 Cell 1\10 stock, 19 turn, mod, 4 cell SK, Street Spec Racing starts @ 7:30 doors open @ 4pm
Saturday open practice 11am-5pm
Sunday 4 Cell 1\10 stock,19 turn, mod, 4 Cell SK, Street Spec, Legends Racing starts at NOON doors open @ 9am"

Is the info above still true? Also, going back through this thread, there are comments about "ever other Monday night" and comments about "every Monday night," I'm not sure if a final decision on Monday night hours exists yet?

I've only been to K&N a few times, and that was a few years ago. It's a bit of a drive for me to get there. I'd hate to find the doors closed? Any help would be appreciated.
