I became a member of the Near program so we can use the equiqment.All I want is to beable to race there..I'm hoping that we can get a good 1/10 scale electric races going there next year...See you all on Saturday....

Dennis: The weather forcast says chance of rain on saturday, about what time does racing end? If it gets called off, how early will people know? Im asking this because i know some guys travel quite a ways to race there.....all of this was prompted by family visiting this weekend, and my parents wanting me to do stuff with them......I told them they could stop by the track! LOL

ps: www.noaa.gov is excellent for weather forcasts, they even have that doppler radar for you to view

I get there around 7:00 am..I just checked the weather and they are showing after 3:00pm saturday..This was the weather forcast for last Saturday and I left there at 5:00pm and it hadn't started raining yet..We start right at noon time...

Beautiful. When racing is all ready to go, I can't. Family is leaving on sunday morning, and I "need to be there." The option was: Go racing and not be able to race at Maine's next trophey race.....or not go, and be able to race at Maine....cool......I will keep telling people about 106 and se if I cna get anyone to go on saturday.........I am keeping my book closed for the 21 so i can acuatly race for a day, i havent gotten any responses from lakes Region guys on the 21st yet........theyre either racing boats or working, or dont want to run outdoors...sorry guys......

Just got back from another great day of racing at New England's fastest track. Got home safely after driving over 850 kms today ....but unfortunately had a "run-in" with a State Trooper 1/2 km from the border!

I would like to thank Dennis and Mike for the great job on the computer. Races were on schedule like clockwork!

Ovalmaster,glad to see you made the trip down to race again...Sorry that the man stopped you,hope that it didn't cost you anything...I would like to take this time to mention that the 21st of August will be the last race that we will be racing at Pembroke..So if you want to take the trip and do some racing on the biggest banked oval track in the Northeast come on down.Ovalmaster keep in touch,about you making the trip down for the race...

I'm sorry to say that I will be canceling the race this Saturday the 21st..They are showing rain in the track area...That was the last saturday that we would beable to race..I would like to take this time to say thank you all that attended the race days that we were there...

So I will say to all thank you...See you all in the winter months on the carpet tracks..:wave:

That's too bad. I was really looking foward to racing outdoors again but I guess we cannot compete with Mother Nature.

I hope to see you guys race up here soon.
