We are still racing tonight. Clint went to Taylor Rental and got a sump pump to drain the water out of the infield. It looks like I'll be purchasing one in the new future to help our drainage problem.

Although a little late in the day! I thought we weren't racing for the next couple of weeks? So I was told.

When we left last week, Clint said he wasn't going to be able to work the track. So it looked doubtful. After 12:00 today I find out otherwise. Looks like it will be all gas tonight.

Next weekend is the big car race. Are we racing that weekend to.

I didn't bring anything. Need more notice than that.

Maybe you will read this. I've tried every number to call you on. Guess I'll see you in BR. They should have told people they were racing Thursday, maybe would have had more than one class. Hate he wasted money on the pump. I dont know if I would waste the money on it(pump). When I was there Thursday, the water was below the pipe. If it was cut off 2 or 3 ft. back, probally would drain. Or if it had just a little ditch might would. But with a pump probally pump more mud than anything. Still have to fill in on the upper end, or what should be the upper end so the water will come to the pump.

OOOOOOOOOhhhhhhhhhhh Josh, should have went. It's killer. Until I get over to T-town to see what they done, that was the best layout I've ever set my car on. So many different elavation changes. And its so raceable, can pass anywhere(I done a lot of passing). The pics don't do it justice.

My speedo has a holeshot provile in it, where if you hold the brakes for three seconds it give a little more initial punch like to have screwed me up. Started #1 and spun out before first turn, don't use that anymore. Passed the guy that was leading three laps from the end.

The banking you see in one of the pics on their website, is about like our track was in the beginning. Before all the dirt work.

Boy I wish more folks would have come out Friday night. We had a small but dedicated group. 6 entered in gas truck. Since I only brought my E-truck I ran it with the gas folks. (Get ready for the bragging for a week part). I was able to pull off a first and 2 second place finishes in the qualifiers and second overall for the night. Clint was just too fast and too consistent for me.

I had as much fun as I've had in a while. It was really a kick knowing I was slower on speed but still a contender to finish well. We may try this again...

That's one sure fire way to build up your truck class. Show folks that electric can run with the gas. Just can't mess up.

True, I called and asked donald yesterday and he said that no one would be working the track. But if we still wanted to race he would be there. We looked at the track and seen how ruff it was and decided that we where not going to race. Honest guys this is ruff. if I do come I would only have my monster truck due to no electric folks. monster truck is still broke. Oh well.

just a little note to let everyone know that in the future i will call someone and let them know if i will be coming home to work the track. i will usually call on wensday night or thursday morning and ask them to post it here, like i did Rufus this time. from the start of his reply, "Clint called me last night" that really should have cleared up any confusion.
last night was a great night for racing, track was in better condition than normal.

People don't come here like they use to. It use to be that when we raced on Friday night everyone was friends. Now you have buggy guys, gas truck guys, and monster truck guys. No one talks from outside of their class. Like it's tension built up between all or like everyone is holding back on something. I've noticed it and others have told me that to. That's most of the reason I go out of town to race.

The last time I looked at this site was Thursday at 5:00 at before I left work.
Was nothing on here then to let anyone know there would be any racing.
If I don't pack Thursday night, won't be there. Like some other folks that live out of the city limits.
