I joined ARCOR at the Paved Open Open last year at Cooper's. My card expires 09/04. Does that mean I will have to renew my membership at Chatham for the next Open?

Rickity??? Your membership is good for the whole month of September. For the most part, members get a 13 month membership, depending on what time of the month they joined. If you join on April 3rd, your membership is good until April 30th the following year. A lot of members that join at an Open get to race in that race and the follwoing year too, before their membership expires. I'd rather see the members get that little extra than have to worry basing the membership on which day you joined. I tried dividing membership by the middle of the month. More bookwork than it's worth. So it's simple, join in May, expire in May. Works for me!!

Also since the Opens are on the same weekend each year, your membership doesn't expire a week before the events.:)

Eric, stock class should be rather good. Lots of stock racers in the area.

Well the first weekend we had 6 and there was a few that didn't run because of mothers day so we should have a good crowd of Stock this weekend! But I will let you know how it goes!

Sorry no handout tires for this one. John's BSR's are so good that there is no advantage from one driver to another with them. At this track it is setup and runline. You can ask these guys that ran last week and they can tell you. We would like for you to come down. I promise you WILL have fun.

A lot of the time it's our employers that wait till the last minute to decide what they want to do,I've learned that the hard way,a lot of them are worse than a woman by changing their mind at the last minute also.LOL

I won't go there pepe. She might read this. LOL

We have been working the past three afternoons getting the area at the edge of the asphalt filled in so there is no drop-off. We are going to sew grass and place a germination blanket down to hold everything in place until the grass comes in. It should be really nice and keep cars from tossing something back up on the track.

Don't forget we will be running on May 29th. This will be a weekly race night and all classes will be running.

LOL, Dang, I will never live that decal down now. For some of you all I just put a decal on the back glass of my truck a week before the wreck. It says " If you can't Dodge it, Ram it!" But I am doing good. Most of the bruises are gone. The stitches are out but knee is still swollen. If I turn wrong sometimes I can catch my side a little. Will see if I can hold a radio for 250 laps now. Thanks for asking guys.
