Hey Matt, I have family stuff going on in the day, but the wife is going to her company christmas party that evening. I will have Andrew, so we would have to go to Dave & Busters till she got home, then go to the casino later. Do you want me to see about getting you a room? If my son doesn't have anybody stay over then you might be able to stay here. Unless the wife gets all boozed up at the party, then you'll have to find a room, just in case I get lucky.

Shane, take 70 east to 270 north, cross Mississippi river into Illinois, 3rd exit is Hwy 111, go north on 111, 5 miles turn right at the Casey's gas station, left at the next stop sign, 1/2 on the right.

Or, meet me on Hwy 70 in St. Charles and follow me. 30 miles from my house.

By the way, I use my car to get there. :)

What a great day at the new track. Thanks to all the out of town guys that made the trip. This is one of the smothest tracks I have ever ran on.

Hi Dave. The track is real close to the same size as Fastlane, 36X70. Brand new Ozite. We run 4 minute races, 3 rounds of qualifying and the mains, no bump ups. The top 8 cars were from 60 4:02 - 61 4:03. We ran 6 cars in the mains. Lap times are 3.80's up front to 4:0's at the end. The track picked up a pretty good black groove by the second round. We started at noon and were finished up by 4:30. We had 26 total with 17 in 4-cell stock.

We race on Wednesday nights and Sunday afternoons. Doors open at 8am on Sunday and racing at noon.
We run 4-cell stock oval, 1/12 scale on-road and touring car.
I'll try to post some pics later.

Cool. Looking forward to the pics. I am gonna make it this comming Sunday. Will be running 1/12th scale onroad and/or mini-t if you have a class for them.

Also, are y'all racing this Wed (Dec 15th)? If so, what time and will you be running onroad or just oval?

Yes, we will be racing this coming Wednesday, just oval though. I think we will be having a road course night during the week too, Tuesdays I think. The on-road guys need to get together and decide.

Hey Bob, I thought the track record cars had to be legal weight? We need to talk about the weight rule Wednesday night. Some guys were legal, some weren't.

Great track guys. Had fun and hop to make it back up once more before March.

Great track & great competition. I was just under 3 seconds off TQ pace & had to run the "B" That is tight! I sure hope we can make it up again before March. We should have our track running the first part of next month.

Mike , U are the only one conplaining about the weigh rule.
I though that of all the people there,I could count on U to back up the track rules. Man U really let me down. It is so sad that it just takes one person to start trouble and spread it threw out a club.

I think that the rule maker or makers should be some one different than the pres and Me. Just remember my job is to only take care of the money. Maybe we can elect some one to make rules and ........ Op's now no one will show to race on Wednesday night.

why don't the on road guys have these issue. whats up with that ,looks to me they have a pretty good time , when are they racin during the week.I myself know my car is light but i don't care i'm not worry about the track record i just what to screw with guys that are . when we have a BIG race my car will weight 40 oz have a great night

Some have a easer time getting there stuff together than others. Lets iron it all out wednesday night and be done with it.

oh god, please not mike...thats all we need again ;) just playin mikey...i agree with franko, the onroad guys never had a huge problem with rules...i think bradshaw also was always breathing down everyones neck about cheating because he was so we may still have that horrid picture in our lovely lil pea sized brains

I'm not going to be in charge of anything. I'm just a racer. Kevin is right, club makes the rules and other decisions too.

Heather you are wrong about Jay. Everybody always thinks the fast guys cheat, so others try to cheat to run fast. It kind of sucks when you do run legal and get beat by somebody that cheats. Everybody thinks it's better motors and batteries that beat them. Wrong.
Phil B has a nice saying that I can't repeat here.
