Hey, just wondering if anyone knows what ever happened to the shilo eagles.

I can only guess that the people holding the races decided to stop.

We just went by there tonight before getting off work and looked at it.

Its all still there. Somebody picked up the computer one day and that was that. Lights, Diverstand and all are still there. I would have to guess it hasnt been used in about 5 years, mabey more.

Nice asphalt oval

The Shilo guys combined with the Pontoon track years ago. The old Pontoon track was a dirt oval. The Shilo track was fading and they brought the carpet, computer and other stuff to combine with the old Pontoon. We covered the dirt oval with 4 inchs of concrete and put the carpet down. That was the old place, the new track is all new carpet.

MK, are you going to the regional race,in march?

I'm planning on it. I'll be leaving that Friday.

OR..... you can change everthing, but the speedcontroller and go slower and slower, until you borrow a good one from a good buddy, then go 2 laps faster. :thumbsup:
