I buckle up from past experience. I've been rolled upside down before in a Blazer without a seatbelt and my shoulder reminds me of that every time it rains!!!

Thank God I do buckle up. This was the accident I was in 11/02. If I didn't, I know for a fact I would be dead.

How ironic is it,that he has a #3 shirt on.
See how sleepy he looks, just before he becomes a lottery ball.

Dang!

This guy drives with a camera on him all day long? Strike one.

Looks like he did fall asleep, Strike two.

I love his one handed defensive driving technique. Strike three.

A UK hat! Game over.

Mark,
You overlooked one thing. Those shorts obviously do not go with those shoes!

Don't bother with that radio station link. Go directly to the source.

DriveCam is the company that makes the cameras, and they have a few very high quality demo videos on their site. They are interactive, too. Some have two (front and rear) views. Check it out.

Hi,
I don't mean to post on a dead thread, but I got this Email about the sleepy cabby just today. Angel Martinez wrote: "He was not seriously injured."
FYI,
if you know differently, let me know

I was one of those rare cases where NOT wearing a seatbelt probably saved me. If I had been strapped into the driver's seat when I fell asleep at the wheel, I would have been crunched. Having a big old car was a good thing too. BTW, this was many years ago. I usually do wear a seat belt now.
