Well guys I sure hope ya have strong motors or a two speed since I have expanded the straight for a possible 195ft long of high pitch screaming action. The track prep work is almost done. I have left the soup-bowl intact up widend it to a one lane that burm leading into a massive jump, tabletop, landing jump, then leading into a huge 8 jump rythem section. I have located the pit area infront of the stand,as well as the main straight. Over-all the track has grown by 30% so yeah its HUGE!! but it has cut offs for the 10th scale electric guys. I will be putting some very tecnical stuff as to make up some options on how ya take a particular jump section. I.E. single threw them , double threw them, all the way up to gusto, The track is coming along as fast as I can make it happen but I'm not ready to have ya guys out yet since I'm still movin massive dirt-clay yet. It wont be long though guys.

As for the race days, I know I'm sticking with the off-road track on sundays around noon. Practice will still be tuesdays and thursdays after 5pm. Now for the oval racin,Its going to depend on how many racers we have, we could do friday nights? Or how about saturdays but on saturdays we are going to have to work around the onroad stuff.I dunno its up to you guys and John when ya wanna run oval.

Hey Noland, I thought you said it will be too much running 2 nitro cars this summer. It sounds like you are addicted to something LOL...
And I guess I know what it is... 'cause I'm addicted to the same thing too... And I'm only in RC racing since a year... :dude:

I should have my 8th scale + mod electric truck + nitro sedan + electric sedan ready for this summer. Hope the weekends will be 4 days long, so I have enough time to take care of all of that and run all of them as much as possible...

Hope to see you there soon...
Mike

It was hard to give up the 1/10th scale truck but I got a really good deal on this tmaxx that I could not pass up and your right it is addicting. Depending on how many guys run Monster trucks I will probably run the tmaxx every other and focus on the buggy.

I do believe I had a first tonight!! Get this guys, I was playing around with my buggy and the new JP motor and I was tuning it out a lil bit and got it around 230 in temp and decided to do a few pulls on the front lawn..... Well that motot make enough power to rip green grass from the ground with all four tires and leave dirt. *whoops*So yeah I played around a lil more and got it up to 240 and whooaaaa look out. At half throttle just playing around I can pull the trigger and have the buggy ride on the rear wing!!!!!!!. Now thats cool. I thought I might be under geard with a 13 tooth clutch so I put my 15 in and well it still does the same thing *ripps grass out and pulls wheelies. In this process of wowing myself I had managed to trash a new pair of tires, I did a long wheelie and the tires grew so much on the front that the rubber ripped from the side of the bead of the rim. No, the glue was still thier along with the bead of the tire but inpection shows two tires without the rim beads. UMMM yeah this is gunna be fun!!!

So with the track being longer do you think we should get a clutch bell bigger than the 13.Does the rest of the track flow fast enough to warrent a bigger clutch bell for the strait. Are you going to keep the 15 or you going to gear back down. Just trying to see if I need to order a clutch bell before the time comes and I need one and dont have it.

Dave, I'm thinking you will prolly want atleast a 14tooth for out here. I'm going to make the track so that it can warrant a larger clutch bell. so all in all its a larger track but with the higher speeds we should have about the same lap times.

The track is out behind the store and has 10ft wide lanes and has a 85ft straight it is nothing like Chads but it is aleast a other place to run nitro's locally. We are hoping more guys would so up and give ideas so maybe it could a second track we could race at on Saturdays, and then run Sundays on Chads.

Well I hope the track can handle more people. I personally talked to 22 people today that want to know where the off road racing will be this year. I'm pretty sure that none of them raced at all last year. I hate to be anal about times and dates but, this year looks big!!
