I here alot of you talking about high end engines. I like them too, But I also have seen people have good luck with sport engines. There are some out there for just over 100 bucks that I bet will get the job done. Just my 2 cents. Best wishes to all

She's doing pretty good. She's home for a few days and will be
going back into the hospital for surgery within the next few days.

What can I say John, Atleast its not open heart surgery replacing valves and a complete plumb job which is a good thing. If its OK with you I'll take that as good news. Keep your chin up Eileen you'll do just fine.

OK guys... here is some info for ya about this weekend... I'M NOT GUNNA BE HERE!!! LOL *reason* I'm heading down to hardesty's for a big race weekend!!! I would welcome anyone of you guys to go along... friday is open practice,sat qualifying,sunday is the mains..... Yep 3 day weekend... we are taking the motor home down there... WOOR will still be open sunday I'm thinking of having er asking Rich or Nolan to take over my job on sunday...So thats it!!! I'm off to get my but kicked by a few hundred guys that are all better then me....

Basicly the only part that I'm worried about is if you guys need to run the pump... Its a lil scary working with the cord and water.. Yanno lil hair raising!!! I'll give the guys that are out here on thursday nite a lil rundown to make things smooth and safe....

Hey I heard some scary news that the new fantom motors 21 and 27 were not lasting very long and blowing up has anyone else heard that need some help to prevent mine from going poof?????

I havent herd anything about those motors.I usally take internet news on motors blowing up with a grain of salt.

Have you heard of anyone having overheating problems. Mine runs really good at the start then after two to three laps it shoots up to 300+ and I have checked everything and it looks good :confused:

nolan....no real big heat issues that I am aware of. 300 is way bad though. the thing must be a rocket running that lean???? if it is not a rocket meybe a drivetrain issue??? ie bound up or bad bearing somewhere......

Ya your right by that it is a rocket running that lean it screems down the straight. I took the motor apart last night and everything looks good I like the power it produces but when she gets hot it dosn't like it very much.

Hey nolan, my vzb's heat problem was due to my torsen diff. taking a huge dump. It moved the car fine but it locked and slips at its own free will. I put the standard diff back in and everything is o-tay once again.

Hey Cliff I still have all the stock diffs in it. the only thing I did was change the center w/ 10,000 wght oil, but I had this problem before I did that. Question for ya do you have any fuel tanks at the shop? Mine leaks pretty bad from the lid.
