Can somebody post the schedule for the off-road track? From what I've been reading, practices are during the week unless rained out, then it's on saturday- Racing on sunday. Are ALL the races on sunday? Oval, gas and electric? Maybe with a little luck I will be joining the electric truck crowd this weekend. And is electric running stock or mod?

Jeez- I'm ready to play in the dirt!

Well guys, practice is closed for today!!! Saturday will be open for practice if mother nature lets it happen..... Normally we have practice on tuesdays and thursdays with saturday being a backup day. Race day is sunday and that includes all classes. Now if we had alot of oval cars showing up I would run them on saturdays but I need alot of cars for that....Sunday line up has been 1/8th buggy's, 10th nitro,10th elc. truck,10th elc. buggy. Gates open around 8am sunday, signup 11am, first round noon or so..... On another note, race fee's will be equal for GLRC members and non members...Rundown........ Practice....$5.00 race day signup $15.00

I don't really have a response to what Chad posted other than to say during our last conversation when we were still indoors, he agreed to go with the same fee structure that GLRC has used for the past several years. However, he may have decided to go with something different. And since the club only receives a percentage of what the racers pay on racedays, the final decision will be made by Chad.

I had the same problem right off the bat to but I still thought it was to tight so I took it apart and after checking the shocks to see if I had bent one I found that the lower arms were a very tight fit so I took all that apart and shaved a little off the lower arms and the front really flows smoothly now just a thought to check on yours.

The suspension will loosen up.Mine flops now with the shock off.I have had to tighten up the pivot ball retainers as well.Quick tip, never chase a car down the road cause they usally will slow down. You know how thick the front pcr front shock tower is.Well you can bend it!

Yep the fee will be equal for everyone now *member or not*. Since GLRC isnt running any onroad stuff as of yet this year the extra $ would help secure indoor stuff this winter. It will also speed up sign in due to the fact I wont have to mess with 1's and who is a member and who isn't.

I'm on the phone with Chad, he said the track is in real good shape even after the rain last night. The only bad spot is in the oval track its a little wet. But he did say if anyone wants to practice they can come out around 3 everything should be dry. And racing for Sunday is still on. He said it will start at normal time but if everyone shows up early we will get started earier to beat the bad weather if there is any.

I seen the same thing you did. I also just talked to Chad, and he has the pumps running getting rid of the water from last nights rains. I'm calling him back in 30-45 minutes to get the final decision.
