Thanks John  I had a blast But I know I can do better after I learn how to set things up.I was runing with everything the way it came wright out of the box.Other then the tune job that Cliff did for me.I will be out there as much as I can.I cant get over how fast the buggys are.I would like to know how fast they are going. We should have had the man in blue put his radar gun on them since he was there.

Man, the things I've been missing out there! Looking out the window here I'm abit bummed I didn't venture out there. But I guess there's always next weekend.

So, how many electrics showed up? Were they running stock or mod? And while I'm on the subject, what tyres have the truck guys been running?
holeshots seemed to hook up pretty good

I got the ofna 086 pipe from NitroHouse it was $56 thats the same one rich has also, in the yard it seemed to add alot to the power

I E-mailed Ofna and told them what a piece of garbage the pipe set up is on those buggys

I have no complaints about my Ofna but I guess I junked the Ofna motor and pipe so I didn't have to deal with it.

I think it is a great buggy too, Ed, don't get me wrong. Plus, you did GREAT for your 1st race man!
Just teasing on the board a little bit... Hope it's OK with all of you guys...

My car was fine actually and was handling really good. It's a pleasure to drive it. One thing that didn't work was the carb getting out of the housing, even with the screw tight there . I'm really confused and don't know what was happening... I couldn't twist the carb at all in the housing, but then when I was running, after few jumps, it was walking its way out. Wierd !!!
I'm hoping the engine didn't suck dirt before I 1st figured out something was wrong with the carb... I just hope that my engine still OK :drunk:. It was running strong before that happened...

Anyway, I'll have a look at it tonight and hopefully will be able to run next WE.
Later,
Mike

Hey, thanx. I was starting to wonder if you had to have a nitro to get any info on this thread. But given the ratio of electric to nitro out there, it's pretty much spot on.

I kind of like the way mine felt so I left them all I did was add some shock spacers and some shock socks to protect them. as for the new springs in stock i would try Hobby World Cliff has been busy ordering lots of 1/8 scale goodies he may have some.

I think I may have damaged the front suspension some how it doesnt act like it did. I cant find any thing wrong as of yet :(

Mother nature had better comply this weekend!!!!! Course now that I have a sump pump she will prolly want me to use it every week. If we cant get practice in on thursday, the track will be open on sat again. If the weather holds off tomorrow I'm going to start building the new starting gate!!! Its going to hold up to 10 buggy's off the ground down at the far end of the straight, Once the buzzer goes it will drop all the buggy's in the dirt at the same time side by side so we will have a huge drag race down the straight!!!! I also would like to add a few other lil things to the track too, but we will have to wait and see...........

GREAT Jesse,
Welcome in the KYOSHO Team !!!
BTW, my starter box is setup for the K-car, so if you need to use it before you get yours, just ask me...

I might not be able to run this WE, as my engine doesn't really have any good compression left :( . I'll see what I can do with it this WE.

Is there anybody with a spare (even crapy) engine that I can borrow for this WE. I'll take even old one from any RTR kits... Please... I just want to drive my car...
If anybody can help me out, that will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
