No one here. Hmmm. . . Do computers freeze up??

I wish someone would email me a match so that I can relight the pilot, because it must have gone out. minus 25 outside???
I doubled up on the deer feed, now I am going to double up on the oatmeal.
Checked the workshop temp ... 20 above. Lit the kerosene heater, and I am not going to touch anything out there til it hits 40. Guess I will check the TV. As I remember my school days, daytime TV was part of the penalty for skipping school.

Anyone want to buy a 70's vintage pan that kicked casey's butt in 4 cell stock, and only missed Rob's by .02 seconds.
Must be a '70's because Joel said I should update to the '80's.
Send all offers to: Kingpin's Legend and Antique Emporium.

Well, I was gone for two days and when I returned the new format was up. I clicked on Hobby talk in my favorites and it took me to the exact same spot that it always did. Two more clicks and I am at any post on the board. The email alert that you receive takes you to the unread posts with just one click. So...

What is all this about problems??

Jake, I started up the old bomb and took a short ride, and you were not there???

My dad's freind works on these for a fors dealer. Says 80 percent of problems are they leak oil all over. It's a constant problem, he actually says when asked how it get it to stop leaveing oil stains in your garage "to sell it or let it get stolen"

I have been on here reading But after I read the first post from the race day I haven't really been to happy lately been more pissed and confused on things. I really couldn't enjoy my win becasue of it and other stuff that went on behind the seen

I thought I knew some stuff but come to find out I don't.
I really don't want to race next time put I will still come up and race.
I have to see if the win was just a fluke or I can back it up

Sorry guys I know this post must sound funny but some of you will know what I am talking about

If anybody needs anything from me as in parts or whatever LMK before the race and I will make sure I bring them up
I am done ordering stuff to sell it is not worth the hassle of trying to it anymore I understand now why Hobbyshops go under so much There are to many PPL that only care about saving a few bucks and not the Shop or the one doing it. I understand I am not a real Hobby Shop but I thought I tried to treat PPL right. Not sure what I did wrong but I found a way not to do it again and that is to not sell.

Scott if you and Kevin want my spare 4 cell for $10 they are yours
Also on my tires I will sell them to you guys real cheap too.
As far as the motors that Jake was looking at and Kevin was I will sell those to you guys for $5 a piece too just LMK and I will have them out for you at the race

Later
Casey

Hey dude. Why so glum  If its something that i did or said let me know what it was.You know i enjoy racing with you and i use the K.C Brake R/C Store for my packs parts and motors :D and you deserved that win,you had the fast car and you drove a hell of a race.I'll take all them motors and i want to look at the tires and batts.See ya next time bro.

Casey, don't worry things will turn around. If your offering new motors for $5 a piece, we need to talk. :D LoL

We all go through our rough periods at different times in this hobby, this season started out like shit for me, and look where I am now? Every time I race I turn another lap, my times get a little more consistent. There was a race (or two!) in nov/dec that I would have sold every piece of RC that I have for $1000. That would have been deal.

Remember MARS #5? When I mangled my knee real bad? Could barely stand, let alone walk? Remeber who was willing to SKIP the race and take them selves out of the points race to take me to the ER? That was you, where is that you now? We all have our low's (well except for Rotten Little Hanson, he always seems to make the show AND win) so hold your chin up, put all your crap in the truck, and go race.

And if your selling T-2's for $10 call me, collect.

As far as I know he had a ball in the Soo. Called me from his cell and have me a lap-by-lap rundown of the whole main. He was geeked with the win........ I know things will turn around. He's a good guy, he just needs some time. :)

hey Rick, if your not racing the 22nd, maybe I can make the Sprinter A-Main, we all knoe George won't. I'm convinced he sold me the wrong car, that he sold me his, and not the "extra" one that was crap. LoL

I know I shouldn't do this but I will any way.

Casey is mad at me , nobody else has anything to do do with it so don't read anything more into it.

You should know Casey, saving money right now is what I'm about, If I want to go to nationals I HAVE to save all the money on the supplies I buy to do it. The $16 I saved on the chassis was worth it to me.
If you were gonna sell it to me for less than retail you shopuld have told me when I asked. You made me pay retail for the term pro kit why would I have any reason to think you wouldn't do the same on the T-2 conversion kit.
I realize $16 doesn't sound like much to you since you spend an absurd amount of money every month on R/C stuff. But to someone on a very limited budget 16 bucks is 16 bucks.
When you first started this whole bring extra parts to the races stuff you did it to help out friends, then you started getting deals through a wide variety of hobby shops and getting stuff cheaper and passing those savings along to your friends, then you decided to start making money off of your friends, thats where you started to lose one individual as a customer( i won't name names but you damn near lost this person as a friend as well) he started buying stuff from you again cuz I talked him into it.

As for you thinking you were treating people right, youu may want to rethink that one, more than one person at the track has told me they feel like every time they talk to you about buying something they feel like they are getting ripped off, The bad part is it was usually the new people that felt that way. On more than one occasion i was the one that told them to try you again for stuff, alot of people have bought stuff from you over the years besause Andy and I told them to get it from you.

You won the race on Sat. Fair and square, hell you kicked our butts and lapped the field. If you want to be pissed at me so be it but don't come on here and whine about not being able to enjoy you're win because i bought a part from somebody else, gimme a break.

The Casey I know would've bitched me out on the phone and then come on here and talked s..t for 2 weeks till the next race.
You know as well as I do you're not just gonna come up here to see if your win was a fluke or not, you want to win the points as bad as Jacob and I do. If you let my $64 bucks bother you this bad in 2 weeks we might as well both hand it on a silver platter to Jacob.

O.k. I'm ready
Flame away
