I just got a CE Pitbull, and I love it! Has all the charging functions of a Turbo30/35, doesn't have motor run/discharge/cycle feauters. Makes a GREAT second charger. Did you look into that as well? I think they are about $130 new, I got mine in a trade.

Pitbull (http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXWP36&P=7)

Use a tower coupon and get it cheaper, my LHS usually matches Towers sale price on most things.

about 40 bucks more you could have gotten those other features

I would buy the GP3300's. When I can buy a battery that has over four hundred seconds of run time and voltage of one point one four and are less than a 3000 that doesn't match that GP3300. Buy the GP3300's. I haven't heard good things about the Sanyo's. Jamie is kinda of flip flopping on the Sanyo's. Keith and Greg aren't running them anymore.
Also buy a used Turbo Thirty. Well worth the money. Just my two cents.

PS Check your laptimes and see what kind of drop off you have at the end of a race with the GP3300 and 3000HV.

There you go Scott, you got the 411 from the MAN himself. LoL You know your special when Mel responds to you.... :D Now if only George would pipe in we know that he is still kicking it, and that this gargantuan snow storm didn't bury him. Lord knows ALL the snow missed MP. LoL

I was hoping one of the three wise men would see this and answer.I know i'll never be as fast as them but their opinion really has lots of merit to it.Anyone looking for a T3 team truck only raced 6 times?Need to sell it so i can get a good charger and probably a TC for this summer.Thanx for the input all and take care:D

The THREE WISE MEN..
I get a kick out of it every time I hear that...... I guess you can start calling me "Yoda". "The speed, find, you must!" LoL... Yeah I am still playing with the Sanyo 3300 cells. In Lansing I start the race with 4.1 and 4.2 second laps. I finish with 4.3 and 4.4. So I am still learning...

I THOUGHT YOU WERE THAT DARN HANSON KID :) At least that is what George referes to you as:lol: The three wisemen and that darn hanson kid: Or we could refer to you all as the BALLISTIC FOUR:lol:

Scott, I prefer the Sanyo 3300's. The Gp's have let me down too many times. Although when hock used them, I had him consistantly 2 laps down, lol. It's good to hear that the old ESp motor is still kickin' but. Hock and I have since switched to TEAM 1. If you ever need anything, let us know. Take it easy.

Speaking of GP cells,

THEY'RE HERE!! THEY'RE HERE!! THEY'RE HERE!!!!!
The new spec pack from Trinity HALLELUJAH

Got 2 of the new 6 cell pacs yesterday, and as soon as I check them out thoroughly, I will know which one is Jakes.

Why don't you guys really be wise men and throw away those money eating batteries, chargers, dynos and whatever. Come back to where it's at. LEGENDS That is where the fun is, and even us poor old retired guys can afford it.

On second thought, you guys stay where you're at. I don't want to be in the B main forever:(

You as Yoda??? You're not short, green, and 800 years old! It's more like Luke for you. I'd put Keith as Yoda for the vast knowledge (unless we go by height, in which case it's Mel :D ). Maybe Obi Wan for Greg, since he seems to have gone into hiding lately.

And it's "Rotten Hanson Kid", not "Darn".

I guess it is time for me to post my thoughts to you Scott
Jake was right Joel and I are both running Promatch GP3300's

I sell 4 cell packs for under 40 bucks
If you want the real good cells they are a lot more but I don't have any of those left

As for performance Scott if yo don't like them after 3 race days I will buy them back HOWS THAT FOR COMMITMENT

I run the same lap times at the start and at the end of the race
Scott if you come again to the Soo I can bet you money I wont be in the B main again You will have more fun trying to catch me next time

If you looked at the results I kinda beat you by a lap but just wasn't in your heat

MOre later

And Kevin can be the the tall slim gold guy and Jake can be that big hairy thing that hung around with Harrison Ford. lol! I really think that Lukes head is screwed on a little tighter than Jamies though. hehe! Really if Jamies head was screwed on a little tighter he could be the start of the young wise men. The jury is still out on the rest of you young un's.
See Jake you're not the only one I pick on.
You Yoopers need to come down to the State Carpet Champs Race later this month in Lansing. Later All

I don't want to be an Eewok! I'd rather be the darth vader. And as for the three wisemen, no one will ever reach your status. I'd settle for Baby Jesus though. :D LoL Well Jamie might reach you someday, he needs to get rid of those Sanyo 3300's first. I don't know if Kevin will, I don't think we will ever get him to convert to 4-cell completely. LoL

Actually George, it was both. I own a nice girl and was showing off a great pan car! LoL No seriously, she was sitting here the other night and was admiring how smooth the front end was, the AWESOME pod movement and the beautiful carbon fiber work. So I took picture to prove that she actually doesn't mind my racing................that much. :)

Forgive me I don't know which motor is a code red. Lately my gm3 are in the 63-64 range at around 3.4 fot wind up and my monsters are right about 65 to 66. Once hit a 69 and backed it up too. Wind up is about 4.9 to 5.1

Let me see if I can picture this.... You were up in the middle of the room dancing, and she is admiring the smooth front end--had you just shaved??- and the awesome pod movement--are you trying to say that she thinks you are a great dancer??-- and the beautiful carbon fiber work.--did you get some hair implants??

The last couple of weeks we've been done by 12:15. There is less of the waiting on Zubak and Walter, lately.

I have started a new rule though. If we have 10 heats or less, we run 3 heats and a main. If more than 10, then 2 and a main.

Chuck. The only reason for all the stuff im buying is the prices are too good to pass up and it's stuff i always wanted.I now have all the tools to go fast so i have to work on my driving more than i have been.I'll be racing at the Soo the rest of the season and the cheeseland is in there also.We also are going to do a traverse city,MT Pleasant run before it all ends.See ya in the Soo and i'll have that 13T-bar for ya.
