You sold some cars huh? You have been stocking up ALL winter long... :D So you didn't have a good day? Wasn't it still more fun than raking leaves at home? Exactly, which is why a bad day of racing is still better. Your not supposed to complain about how bad you did, epecially don't let your wife hear you, she won't let you go racing anymore and will make you knit or something.

Can't wait to race with you guys again, stupid MARS banquet, it was fun, but the dolt who did points doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground when it comes to computers, or addition for that matter! Some people scare me, when you add four numbers together that are over 100 apiece themselves, and get less then 400??? I got screwed in points but not too bad, I only would have moved up one position, but there are some people that could have moved up enough to really shake up the points... What I don't understand is why is someone who DOESN'T UNDERSTAND computers doing points on a computer? It really bugs me, and then Bruce calls them "one of those computer things", wow, we can tell his knowledge base is right up there can't we? I wonder if he has electricity? Had I known that there would be a suggestion box, I would have had a nice lonnnnggggg list all printed out for them.

I don't mean this at people that don't know/don't care how to use computers, it is quite apparent that all of you do. :D I don't deal well with people like them, get into this decade atleast! Have someone who does know how to use a computer do the points, maybe then they wouldn't be as far off.... Ok, now I'm done. Sorry you had to read that.

Just to let you guys know. I answering a lot of direction type questions to the soo. I know of at least 2 southern wisconsin guys that are also going to tranverse the great barren waste land between Escanba and the soo. 4-cell class should have a nice turnout.

Jake

Well for sure I know it's

1. Perry
2. Hock (me)
3. Dave Hilpert from West bend
4. Bob Wright (raced at Escanaba once)

Who have sounded like they are Pretty sure they are going
1. Scott larsen
2. Dave vanlanen

Other have asked what the Soo track is like. I've posted the pictures at the track and about 2 or 3 sound really interested. But it is still a ways off yet.

Yeah, I know how it goes. That is the weekend before my Final Exams. I'm still trying to figure out what I am going to do, thinking that if I start a couple weeks early maybe I will be comfortable enought with them that I might go up for the day. I dunno, the day is all I can really hope for at this point.

Casey tells me that I not allowed to miss them.... :D

Hey Hock , Glad to hear a bunch of people are coming up for the race.
Looks like 4-cell will be the class to be in.
We are switching to 4-cell up here, we will offer 6-cell providing enough show up.
Hope fully everyone will just run 4-cell.
I guess the guys at T.C. are going back to 6-cell because 2 of the 15-20 racers complained they wouldn't race anymore if they stayed with 4-cell.

I was really up in arms about what to do, we are sticking with 4-cell for this year and we will see what happens.
Personally I think 4-cell is a good idea, way less tire wear and batteries are cheaper.

The cheaper I can make the class to get into the more people maybe I can get into it.

Well see what happens, Later, Joel

All we did was offer both classes and let the crowd decide. That way it doesn't show a bais toward either class from the race director. It would be nice to see 4-cell take hold. And since you guys got a verry nice size track. If you guys do decide to atend the Oval nats you will be able to get quite alot of practice on a track your size.

We offered both classes and now the 6-cell guys are getting ready to make the switch for next season. It is cheaper and easyier on motor and tires. We were are Trackside Friday night geting ready for Region 5 and there were 36 ovbal guys there. I didn't get hme till 2:30 am
3 quail and a main. It was fun and fast, Track is bigger than yours (I think) about 205ft drive line and we turned 44 laps in 4 minutes.

A-main was seperated by 2 laps (if I remember right)

Well Hock, good luck tonight. You have a club race tonight correct?

I didn't post for a useless reason either, I have a question for you: Is there anything as little as it may be that you don't like about your Terminator?
Thanks :D

"DOH!"

I like the UP just fine but wouldn't want to live there (As far as racing goes, to far to ride form track to track each week )

Yup we run tonight. The only thing I don't like about the Term Pro is that- Lots of others are buying them and catching up  I love the car. It's been easy to set up, Easy to tune from track to track. Looks cool. So far very tuff. I think all the cars in our A-main are running them now. The only thing I did was sand the edges of the chassis and coated them with CA to keep from getting splinters.

I think it is a very awsome car. it's going to take something really really speacial to make me change

Thanks

Chuck did really well at regionals in 4-cell (considering....)
1. He's never run on Cap Tires.
2. I don't think run on a track that big.
3. I don't think spent much time in 4-cell

The Racers thought is was pretty cool for him to have never raced there and run your first Cap tire race, at a big race. They were impresed with his first outting.
