Just to let you guys/gals know, Larry Willen on the of the PRS owners lost his dad this week. I do not have any details other than he was fighting Alzheimers (sp?). Mike and Larry started their business many years ago he had a big part in getting them boyz off their feet.

Please keep Larry and his family in your thoughts and prayers.

Sorry to hear such sad news, losing a loved one isint an easy thing, my condolences to Larry and his family during such a tough time. take care.

Last I heard he got out of RCing (That is hear say). But I haven't talked to him in about 2.5years

That is what I heard too. Usually you see him at Greeneville for the big events, but he was not there last weekend. I heard he was just taking a break from the RCing thing for awhile.

Hey Humpty, we need to talk to Mike about how to make the gears faster. I lost TQ at the Omaha BRL by .01 in the 13.5 class and I'm sure it wasn't my driving. :)

The gears were fast enough for Mark Steiner to take the win at the Green Bay BRL race last month in the 10.5 class.:thumbsup:

Hey guys, went by PRS shop today and they are stocked and ready for carpet season. Anybody with questions send me a pm.

Anybody planning on using spur gears over 90tooth? How about pinions over 60t?

Why is everyone out of the 63t pinion. I have been checking a lot of shops over the summer and can not find anyone that has a 63t-64p pinion. I want to get 61-65. Even PRS is out of them.

They are out of the largest pinions right now. That's why I'm asking how many people need 60-65.

Yes they are still in business. Just got off the ohone with them and they are trying to get to everything restocked. Yes they did get behind on inventory.

They now have pinions in stock up to 62 tooth (except 46 tooth) in 64 pitch. They are working on spurs right now and hope to have them out in a week or so.

Check with your local hobby shop, if they don't have any they can check with the distributors.
You can also check their website.

I think Scot P. from Stryker had his set done in red from a different anodizer.

They did a special run of the red pinions just once. You can go to their website and contact them to see if they have any left. The red pinions are just anodized red, the regular ones are hard coated and will last longer than anodized.

I will check with them today.
