arcor type is 2 magnets, stand up brushes and adjustable timing. motor can be hand wound or machine wound. i do not suggest you come with a C2 if you wanna run fast on the oval..

Are pink, yellow and white cars allowed to run this race? :wave: Or do I need much more manly colors? That pink started out as flourescent neon red, but somewhere between the can and the lexan it turned into pepto pink. I'm thinking of running with you guys. For the past seven years I've been doing the car show with my full scale car buddy's but since the racing bug has me bad again I'm getting the urge to race this year.

Tim. I originally thought there were more qualifiers on friday which I wont be able to take off but I'm told now that there are two or three on saturday so I may be able to race afterall. Not positive yet but thinking about it. Just like Da'birds.

Yea, he beats me every time we run, but allways because I can't build a car that will out run his with out falling apart. I am ready this year, this year it will be "refried bean" lol. I know Andy and I will be bringing gas oval cars, I hope some more show up to race :thumbsup:

Are you going to have a large turn out for touring car Mod and stock class. If you run touring car oval you have to run a oval body correct.

Charles Yates is one. Myself , I will have to spend time with the family. To many trips now for racing for me. Got to limit it with my new daughter who is nine months now.

yea, my almost 1 year old was being born on the 1st day of qualifying last year but the dates work out for me to go this year

Rowdy, we usally have a good tutnout for touring stock and fair turnout for mod. I will check with race director but I do not think you have to run a stock car body. We try to make this race as good as possible for all a lot of touring guys here do not have stock car bodies.

Well it's official. I wont be racing with all you guys in daytona. Doing the car show either. Gatornationals? Nope, My employer informed me yesterday that since I swapped my weekend with another local guy to race at the snowbirds I cant swap again this soon to do anything that weekend. I work every third weekend and it just so happens that my next weekend in the rotation is your race. Aw poo poo!

well David, maybe you can make it up to Macon to race the season opener with us :thumbsup:
