Hello All,
The Track will be ready to go for practice at about 3 o'clock, depending on weather conditions..
We Made a few changes to it, its pretty decent now, but I think it will be great in a couple of weeks, Just needs more handwork..

We are using a new watering system that puts out a ton a water very quickly..

It now makes us think, that maybe we can run a 2 day race series, one at Jacksonville, on a Saturdaynight, then Sunday afternoon at Allens..

What do you think of that????

Later,
Tom Murray

Lord....I apoligize. I didnt mean to call you and Kliber brothers. And be with the starving pigmi's down in new guinee....Amen (cable guy)lol

Yeah that new watering set up is like a fire hose. He can water the whole track standing in one spot.

p.s. Does Murray still race RC? I havnt seen him at Allens for years. Maybe hell show up this weekend. lol

There is money riding your Tmaxx race Murray. Someone has bet against you! Can you believe someone would do that?

07-15-2004, 12:05 PM
hey ralfie....asheville is really easy to get lost in, i was on my way back to mo w/ the bf and fam when we were trying to get on 40 but was on 240....o.o' scary place to end up lost

MK Race
07-18-2004, 12:20 PM
Wow, what a night for racing. Lots of cars, 17 sprints, nice weather and the track was awesome.
Congrats to the Wolfman, TQ, Win, and track record in sprints.

40 laps in latemodel with a 19t. What "was" Kevin's record?????

pontoongirly06
07-18-2004, 12:39 PM
ouch....didnt he get 41 almost last season?

MK Race
07-18-2004, 12:49 PM
I don't think so. The guys said he went 39.

infrontracing
07-18-2004, 07:04 PM
The drive line at Allens is a little bigger this year. I cant believe you got a 40 MK! And you werent even using World Class batts?? 2nd place is all I could get with my promatch batts and brushless motor. :D

MK-- my boss will put in on a money race. Maybe we could arrange a mod oval and monster truck money race a couple weeks after the dirt nationals at Allens. You metioned before that you or Bob might be able to put up a few bucks?.... What do you think?

MK Race
07-18-2004, 07:42 PM
Promatch batteries were in my car too. I guess that makes it 1st and 2nd.

I might be able to put up some money from my sign company.

infrontracing
07-18-2004, 08:13 PM
Yeah we dont need much money to get the excitement goin. I think my boss will put in 100 so whatever you can add to that and we will have a race. I will talk to Allen about it wednesday. That way the monster truck guys will feel left out. And us oval guys too of course. lol
Joe might want a chance at a little dough with the Emaxx.

Thanks for the post MK. 99% of the sprintcar drivers were very clean and could run a consistent line, I do thank all of the drivers for there proffesional attitudes. Allen put on a great show, with Murray's track preparation and all had a fast time.

You do not need a brushless to go fast. I ran a brushed motor.

I would like to see if Allen could mail me a copy of the A main with lap times..

Good racing with everyone...

Joe Novak
07-19-2004, 11:56 AM
Congrats Mr. Wolf your car looked awesome, was flat out fast!! Just curious what rear tire did you run in the main?

infrontracing
07-22-2004, 08:02 PM
Good racing with you Wolf. Didnt get a chance to meet ya though. Maybe next time. Your right, you dont need a brushless to go fast....You need a brushed modified.

We like the brushless because it provides a "level" playing field. And of course we love the efficiency and non-existant maintenance.

Mr.Wolfman
07-22-2004, 08:56 PM
I don't have a problem telling what tires were on the rear, I ran Evil Twins all night long..

my e-mail is mrwolfman@mchsi.com if someone needs to contact me directly.
