Classes and rules for 04’



Only rubber type tires allowed no foams or silicones.

Brushless motors are allowed in all the modified classes.



Oval classes are as follows:
Gas truck oval: any 1/10th 2wd truck stock configuration. With truck body. Any engine .18 or less.



(New) Sportsman Gas truck oval (beginners) Rules are the same as Gas truck oval.

Gas sprint cars: any 1/10th scale sprint car,
any engine .18 or less.

Electric Modified Sprint cars: any 1/10-scale sprinter, any modified electric motor.
Any 6-cell 3300 battery pack.

Modified Oval: any other 2wd gas or electric car. any electric motor and 6 cell 3300 Battery, and any gas engine, .18 or less.

Stock electric Oval: any gearbox 1/10th car or truck. any roar stamped stock motor,

And any 6 cell 3300 battery pack.



(New) Sportsman Stock ovals, ( beginners) Rules are the same as Stock electric oval.

Off-Road classes:
Stock Buggy: any roar stamped stock motor, any 6 cell Battery pack.

Stock Truck: Any Roar stamped stock Motor,
any 6-cell 3300 battery.

Modified Off-road (electric): Any motor, any 6 cell 3300 Battery.

Gas truck Off-road: Any 1/10th scale Gas truck, any engine .18 or less.

Monster truck off road: any engine, E-Maxx, limited to12 3300 cells

must use monster truck size tires no buggy tires and wheels

I'd pay for any anything that would happen to break ( But since I'm a pro that won't happen :devil: ) . If so call me at the house. Also, you still running in monster truck? Ralf, the car ran real good. Made a few changes. The brushless was pretty neat. Track was awesome, good job Tom. Racing was real good too, would have interesting if we wouldn't got together at the start.

Hey Mk I think the flames on the wing is what pushed you into second!!
Hard to imagine all those brushless in the a-main and getting beat by a brushed! Randy was fast,but Bottoms was catching him every lap,if not for that last wreck between turns 1 and 2 I think he would have ran him down.

I had a good time and the car did well. Everyone ran great for it being the first race of the year. The track record was shattered. I want to thank Bottoms for pulling over and letting Mike and I fill the 2nd and 3rd place spots. I might of had a chance to catch someone if my battery wasnt done an hour before the main. I didnt anticipate the 2 1/2 hour space between rounds. Mike- We hope to see you at Allens this year for some good racing. Sprints are going to be closer racing than ever this year. close=fun

I do plan on making Allen's a lot this summer.
Kevin, what ratio for Allen's? You were right for the gear at Jacksonville and thanks for pulling over.

Hey MK whats the going price on used diffs? I have a guy wanting to sell me two old style with associated diff rings and one hex style all three for 125.00 is that a good price? Thanks Joe

Also just wanted to mention how good the PRS pinions worked out,no problem at all with them!

Mikey are they still racing late models there, i mean after my daddy went through and dedirted my car (it was in pieces for 3 months) i wouldnt want to not be able to DRIVE up there (by my self) (that is if im not at MY JOB) and not be able to run my car (with its new body)

Banked asphalt about 250' runline. 6-cell spec racing is the most popular class here. Good luck at Allen's with the sprint car. Wish I could run a brushless and stopp fooling with the motors so much, thats the only thing you can really work on at home though. Kind of tough to see results to a chassis adjustment without going to the track. Thats what I reall need is a track in the back yard! Ralf

The Dane loves it here. He has a little over two acres fenced in that he can roam on. Since we moved here he has seen grouse, turkeys, geese, ducks, deer, chipmunks, flying squirrels, possum, and I think they were chasing a racoon the night before last. You and your Daddy going to Allen's this season? Watch out for the blue and orange sprint car! Anybody heading for the coast, stop by Candler and say Hi! what kind of outdoor track is there at Allens? dirt oval, offroad? also, if it is dirt oval, do you know what classes they run? workin on a mod truck for dirt oval here in peoria..:)

Hey Joe, not sure what to say about the diffs. 125 might be a bit high, maybe wait to pick up just one diff first. Maybe some of the guys that buy the direct drive cars to convert to gearbox woould be looking to get rid of a diff.

hey mikey im working at ponticellos by my house...long hours but lots of moneh...lol i c..what kind of competition do we have this year? any?

I will start checking around with some other guys,but now that I think about it,it does not take that long to rebuild the diff does it,maybe I will just stock up on all the parts I need to rebuild my diff!

MK, How do you feel about the race we had ?

I thought the race was pretty good. I don't think anybody got lapped. I was last after the first turn mishap and passed only 2 cars that didn't wreck. Murray and you I passed when you guys stuffed it. I was real happy with the car and can't wait till Allen's.

Hey Reflex12, why would I quit racing with you guys? No competition? Saturday I had the 2nd place guy out qualified by 3 laps before I had to leave. The race before that I set an unbelievable track record and had the field covered by 10 laps.:jest: :wave:

Got rained out,we would have been able to run,but allen watered the track and then about twenty minutes later it rained for about ten minutes,if he would not have watered we could have raced. We stuck around and played for a while,are you coming up saturday?

Im not sure about registration but racing usually starts around 7:30 at the earliest. I would say sign up ends between 6:30 and 7;00. Dont hold me to it though. :thumbsup:

Zack, you need to get Joe lined out on his Emaxx so he will run it with ya. He just needs to figure out some things like... wether or not to use the 2 speed and what motors to run. It is a tricked out maxx he just needs to dial it in. What classes will you running?
