If you were in the top 4 of the A-Main you beat last weeks track record. Geez now only if i could get a motor sponsor i would be set now. Losing 4 motors in 2 weeks is rough. I guess all my last years comms are running out of life :(

That 3rd heat was one of the most fun races I've had in a while, great driving little Priddle. I think I picked up an aero-push, my car doesn't draft well I guess :tongue:.

Its cool Bret. I took out my maverick tonight and practiced....yes PRACTICED. I ran seven packs threw it with a different set up everytime. I changed one thing every time and then sometimes two. I think i found a good set up. I ran the same motor all night and just worked on CHASSIS set up. Worked on the center shock/spring rates, front springs, side shocks/springs, tire compounds, even moved the battery tray around. I think i got a pretty good set up as well as a page of notes. I picked up a couple comms so i now have 5 motors to pick and choose from. I'm feeling alot more confident in my car now, and yes Paul i fixed the non offset hub with the offset pod problem lol. Tom if i could use your truer I wanna try my 30 compound that would be great. Thanks for the offer Bret your good friend man, See everyone at the track,

It's too bad there's no such thing as handout chassis. From what I see at the track it's not power most people lack...it's handling.
No matter what type of motor is used for the race the cars with the best set-up will ALWAYS be faster.

We all know the cream always rises to the top and we all will see what the big event will be . I just wish he would put me with guys that consistently do 83-84 laps ,I HATE being in a race a getting lapped 2 or 3 times..makes me feel like i'm always struggling and it takes the fun out of it for me. i keep changing stuff to get a better chassis and to get faster but like so many people there they get tired of spending money trying to figure stuff out and alot of us dont have 1.17 paks at 35 or 1.19 paks at 30...heck i'm trucking along with 1.178's but thats whats available to me so i live with it. Some of us dont have acces to 30 motors or unlimited resources either so i say there should be a pro class and a non pro class but it's not my place so be it ya know,life goes on....thanks for getting me fired up hotrod,we'll see ya tonight.................big D

We need 2 classes, I don't know why we don't have an EXPERT class. In EVERY form of racing I've ever been a part of, there has been multiple classes.
WINNING is a big part of racing, people like to have a shot at winning, 2 classes would help this a ton.

see brett, you dont have to be fast to win at stock. you just need alot of luck. from the lap times, you were about the 5th or 6th fastest car in the main. having people block for ya is the way to win em. :p
