here are the two aol instant messagnger names i hve on file they are current ones to they pop up both at the same time on my screen. they always try to buy and sell from me but have never finished a deal. i almost got hosed on a bunch of foams to from them till i told him i was on my way down to indiana for a race and would be stopping by. BOOM instant refund. They try to im me all day long whenever i am on, i have never been screwed yet almost but didnt .

I was one of the people they rip off, but at least I got some money back. I’m still short of $28, but I’ll let it slide. Anyways I still have his/their address and phone number. This punk contacted me several times on AOL IM in the last two or three days. He does not seem to understand NO! He is still scammin regular. It is a matter of time before someone catches up to him. :devil:

I kinda got ripped off........I bought a digital batt discharger from him and it took him 4 months to get it to me. When he had it a track it was almost perfect a few scratches...when he finally gave it to me it was trashed and taken apart........I fixed it up and it works fine...but it was the whole idea.........

yes tim does have a brother named thom. i checked the race reports for the local track they run at and thom was listed as a racer on the results page

We were having a time with him on dirtoval, but I think he has gotten the message. If he wants to buy your roomates car, sell it to him, but get the money first. Treat it as an ebay auction.
