parrott88

Echeconnee
12-28-2003, 08:54 PM
usually Greens on the right and reds on the left with full stagger front and rear. If it's real cold a red r rear. Oh yea, some GM top engine cleaner and a hair dryer don't hurt neither..............

Donnie_99
12-28-2003, 08:54 PM

Echeconnee

Jerry brought his 47,but like he said it came to a end with the 10 sec lap,and I finished the race with 3 wheels in second in the B...:) Jerry I might need that ride now after leaving half my chassis on the track...

Willis kept the truck in the trailor today, didn't want it bashed up today..

Sorry guys can't post the results, didn't know I would have my computer fixed so soon so I didn't keep the sheets...

Echeconnee
12-28-2003, 09:02 PM

Echeconnee
12-28-2003, 09:13 PM
yea, I know exactley what you mean, there were days when Andy , myself and Mike Burke were the only ones there. It get's kinda frustrating for sure. Speaking of Mike, he's fired up and ready for the season to open back up! talked to him 3 times today

Echeconnee
12-28-2003, 09:15 PM
Is Scott allowing the 4 magnet stock motors and if he is, has anyone been running them?

parrott88
12-28-2003, 09:16 PM
cliff, april man thats a long time away without a little wide open racing. think you could make it sooner

rcovalracer
12-28-2003, 09:17 PM
Yes Scott is allowing them,Wade,Willis, and the Carrolls have ran them...

parrott88
12-28-2003, 09:21 PM
yes he is allowing them, tried one today and was alright at the beginning of the run but died at the end. i'm sure i was running to high of a gear. i'll have to play with it awhile

Echeconnee
12-28-2003, 09:21 PM
We will try but we have a lot of work to do and we had the porta john picked up. Maybe we can try something in Febuary. I will be sure to let you know. We will be switching to 5 minutes in all classes for next season. So the 4 minute record will be retired and we will start off with a clean slate. Also we will not be allowing the binary stock motors next season unless the monsters become unavailable or an overwhelming amout of our local racers want it

Echeconnee
12-28-2003, 09:27 PM
Not that it has any bearing on my decision not to run the 4 magnet motors,Have any of the Organizations made the binary motor legal yet?

parrott88
12-28-2003, 09:31 PM
not sure

parrott88
12-28-2003, 09:33 PM
i guess they will be allowing them in daytona, has anybody heard anything about that.

Echeconnee
12-28-2003, 09:33 PM
Is anyone interested in running a little 19t this year?

Echeconnee
12-28-2003, 09:35 PM
I guess someone should ask, I will be running 19t I am pretty sure

parrott88
12-28-2003, 09:35 PM
wade, do you have the entry forms for daytona, and where are you making your resivations

parrott88
12-28-2003, 09:38 PM
are you talking about 19t in daytona, i might run both stock and 19t.

Echeconnee
12-28-2003, 09:38 PM
I guess I should find out if the ARCOR type 19t will be legal as well. There is just way too much crap out there these days for racers to choose from and everyone seems to be doing their own thing. Of course having 3 oval organizations doesn't help either. I have been trying to follow what ARCOR does as a guidline

Echeconnee
12-28-2003, 09:39 PM
I don't know about stock yet. I am already running NITRO pan car and NITRO touring

Echeconnee
12-28-2003, 09:41 PM
As far as where to stay, I am just going to priceline and find whatever is cheap

wade
12-28-2003, 10:31 PM
Jerry will stay at the same Ramada we did last year. I liked how close it was to the track didnt have to fight the traffic
Will see Mike at the Snowbirds I am sure he will have entry forms there

Congrats on your 46 laper today

Will get in touch with Wendy and get the info on the motel
Date for Daytona 3/19,20,21 Will probably go down on thursday morning
Wade

Echeconnee
12-29-2003, 08:55 AM
Dave @ Fantom get's his feathers ruffled when people say a motor is fooling his dyno, refer to guest messages and comments on the conference. He swears up and down that it's not happening. I have heard it both ways. Maybe if I get my hands on one I can find out for myself.........Jerry shoot me one of those e-mail's too

Don, I won't buy one right off but I will get one to play with. We will not be allowing them @ our track until the monster is unavailable or the local racers vote it in. For right now though I beleive Dublin is doing the same thing.
