The next race is THIS SATURDAY, Oct. 16 with the doors opening at 10AM, and the races beginning at 1PM. Pizza arrives at 12:30PM- both oval AND roadcourse will be run this Saturday. The next raceis to be determined at the race by those in attendance, so come and race! John @ The Raceway :wave:

OK enought of this BS about river junction and steelcity,what ever happened between them is no ones consern,its a shame that adults have to hide behind names so no one know who they are,so lets stop it and have fun like we use too, race, eat pizza and have a great raceday,everyone who races at river junction knows who (old hippie) is. if you don't its Frank Dempster so please stop all this its not good for the hobby of rc raceing.

Guys in the very near future I will be getting my stuff together for sale. Those who know me know my stuff is all high end and well taken care of. I would rather sell it local as some of the stuff is very heavy.

Once again we are having another race this Saturday with the doors opening at 10AM, and the racing starting at 1PM, and...........Pizza! will be in, hot, & available at 12:30PM. Hope to see some "new faces" that haven't been here since last season....... :thumbsup: Thank you to all who have supported the efforts of those who want to keep the track open, and please know that we are doing our best to have a track for this winter season and hopefully longer. I'm probably not going to make it Sat. The kids both have soccer games and then trick-or-treating in the evening. The Pikachomper and I are looking forward to racing this fall and winter. Hopefully the track at beaver will be open regularly. If not we will try to get to Washington as often as possible. Have fun see ya soon!!!

Sooooooo, what happened on Saturday the 30th? Did you guys race? Anyone going to post the results? How was the turnout?

I mentioned earlier that I couldn't make it that day. I'm just curious as to how things went. Inquiring minds want to know!

Well, the next race will be on the 13th of November (Saturday) with the doors opening at 10AM, and the racing beginning at 1PM; of course, PIZZA! will arrive at 12:30PM as always.
Panman, I didn't post the results this time because we only had SEDANS run, and there wouldn't be a reason to post THAT on the oval thread :confused: Anyway, we'll try again to get some circle racing on the 13th, but the roadcourse will be set-up when you get there (just in case). Count me out. I can't come to grips with the 10:00 am start time. I'd have to leave my house at 8:30 am Saturday morning! Yikes!

Kevin, PLEEZE, you know that we are completely flexible for the start time. If need be, we can start at any time, and either day. This week's race will be the 10AM open and 1PM start. I do have the roadcourse set up first, so the oval practice won't happen until about 11:30 or so if THAT makes a difference for you. At the race, we'll then decide the next race/time/day with those in attendance.

Just a quick reminder of the race on Dec. 4 (this Saturday). The doors will open at 1PM, with the racing at 3PM, and PIZZA for DINNER will be about 5PM. Frank and others, it has been brought to my attention that the oval guys will be locked out of the races at Aaron's in Washington Mall this Sunday. The race here for BOTH OVAL and roadcourse will be this Sunday, with the doors opening 1 hour EARLIER to allow both track types equal time to practice. Then, on January 2, 2005 (Sunday in 2 weeks), we are racing to kick-off the new year at The Raceway :) , so bring your friends and come back to Beaver, to one of the few places where racing is taken seriously.
