You might want to re-think anything HD for vegas. You should have enough downforce with the wings and you will want less drag on a track that big anyway. Just my thoughts though. What classes are you running out there?

Yea i know.. thats true.. i have been thinking about running the Taurus as well but we'll see... i am running stock and probably 19 turn

Yeah, I heard the Intrepid works well out there but I just dont really like that body. Your best bet would be to bring 2 or 3 different styles, if you have the wheel base on both your cars the same, it would be easy to trade them out and see which one works best. I believe in 2000 at the nats at western Rossi played around with different bodies and it made a big difference in his car.

Didn't we run pontiacs out there last time? I did run an intrepid in mod when we were there last. Greg good idea might see if Lar will paint 3-4 b4 we go :jest:

Greg ran a pontiac at the 2000 nats, just the light weight no HD. A screwed up speed control kept him out of the A. :wave:

Great day of racing guys. That was a great main, 8 cars and we still ran a great time. Everybody is getting really fast out there. How about running some 19t when this point series is finished?

Ya 19 turn sounds good.. It will be nice to have a little more power. And hopefully we will start getting more guys by switching to fridays, so we could have a couple heats or more of each class.
