Brad, A friend of mine just put the new Mavrick together and he loves it. I was looking it over yesterday and it really looks well thought out.

Wow, 11 hours in a car with 3 Hyper guys and two Maverick guys ...

It's gonna be way more than 11 hours,burbs has a list of every China Buffet from Milwaukee to Memphis.

The first runs on the '05 car went well yesterday,the track was cold and green and the weather was less than cooperative.I managed to get 5 packs run and the car is fairly close,the driver however needs some work.

Jake, the .09 Nitro class is the fastest growing class that I have seen in a long time here on the East Coast. I'm not sure if it's just that people want to take a break from electric for a while or if it IS the battery wars or if it is just "there time". But last year I could not get any Nitro cars at Cooper's and this year the "least" I have had is 5. The Carolina Nitro Series has 18 to 20 regulars for their races as well. I have no doubt in my mind that, if chassis were available, those numbers would be considerably more. I have never seen it like this before, there is a demand for a product and no one is taking advantage of it.

Before anyone says anything, I KNOW there are manufacturers that advertise a gas pan car. BUT TRY TO BUY ONE! I could have sold four kits so far if they had been available. I can't even locate any used equipment around here for them. I know I can't be the only shop in this position.

I would LOVE to talke to you further about this.
