My wifes aunt owns one called the Edge Of Town it is close, small and clean 440-992-8527

Maybe i should say that different, it is a small hotel not a ton of rooms, but the rooms are good sized and nice.

Kingsville monopoly. Track, food, hotel....what's next? LOL! More importantly.....Does it have a BAR? LMAO!

#3!

I vote track 3.. but since I've yet to be at the new K&B it may only be 1/2 vote.. ;)

If I had to guess the #3 layout looks a bit more technical and better for marshalling. Why do I care about marshals.. being away from RC's for 10 years has me leaning on them more than I ought to. lol

Track 1-2-3? Yeah right. What is on the menu for the 10th?

All I ever see is a bunch of hacker, marshall yellin wanabes running toy cars around a bumber bowling (tubes) style track.

The proof is in the menu................

when are you going to have an open practice? I hope to have my B4 ready middle of next week. Another Tuesday at ARCS and my SC10 will be ready enough to race. If you have a day later in the week next week I'd love to come check things out.

I worked on the track this morning and it is pretty much all laid out. Still have to add the rumble section. The only thing that is left to be done is grooming and laying the pipe. Will get more done tonight. Starting to look like a track again, it looks fast and flowing to me with some nice jumps:thumbsup:

Stopped by the track today and I have to say Chris has been bustin his butt! The layout is in and just needs to be groomed and manicured. I also was able to convince Chris, with very little arm bending that the track needed one more LITTLE thing:tongue: It looks like this is going to be a fast and flowing layout. I can't wait to get out Saturday and help with the finishing touches. I also think this wil be a good layout for the 1/10th electric crowd and core trucks if they are not scared. Hopefuly Chris can get some pics up soon.

Anyone have an Escale Buggy motor (1800, 1900 or 2050) forsale reasonably priced.

Reason I ask, is that my Castle Motor Can, is giving me issues. The screw stripped in the can mount (end bell) and now the can moves up & down, causing the Pinion & Spur gears to bind and sometimes scream when bliping the throttle.

Josh may be out to lunch for a couple weeks since I will be running this new BCE chassis! I might have it figured out by the 10th if I can make it to the track before then.

Chim went by the house, this evening, with a huge roller. Looked like a fifty tonner...maybe even bigger. K&B track for the 10th is going to be supper smooth. Going to have Chim come down and roll my yard, after he is done with the track......

Racing at ARCS this Sunday. Next Sunday, the 10th, at K&B
Good eating two weeks in a row.....

Just returned from K&B, and if you would remove the jumps, you could run touring car. Surface is smooooooooooooth. Also, looked good without the tubes and just the marking paint for cars to follow, but they were laying the tube when I left. Bumper racing will be in full swing on the 10th of July....

Just got back form K&B's this morning, Chim & Tim wanted to try out the track with my 4x4 Corr and the track is super sweet and flows very nice. The surface is much better and has been rolled real nice. The Superman jump in back was fun to clear.

I'm already working on getting a baby sitter for Sunday to try and check out the track.

So 4x4 Corr guys it will be a fun track to run

Smoooooooooooooooth track, thanks to Teddy Johnson's connection with Eriez Speedway track roller. Thanks Ted and Eriez Speedway for the use of the roller.....

Chim never looked so good above his trusted steed, fondly named "Bomag...;)"

Not only did it roll anything flat in its way, but Chim and Jim M enjoyed the way the beast vibrated.....they were smilling ear to ear as they rolled along.......

Track looks great. Chim13 is a chip of the old man's block.
I worked with his dad for 30 years at he plant and the original Chim 1, who was project engineer, built something to last and it was done right.

2 Corr, make sure your batteries are charged
4 x 4 corr action Sunday will not be disappointed.
1/8 scalers will be drooling.

Moisio Racing will be doing something "special" for you "special" 4 x 4 corr "special" racers.........:)

The battery in my 4x4 Corr was not fully charged (late night last night) so only had about 3500 in it. My previous laps before Tim started taping I cleared the Super Man in the back with no problem.

How do you think 1/10 buggy or truck would fair on this track?

10th Buggy & Truck & Mod Corr... the couple gaps could easily be rollers for them, and the Super man gap in the back could be rolled down and up.

Maybe we can get Ben out there with his 10th Buggy and see how it does.

Thursday is practice night so come out and check things out.

Well, after talking with the one, the only R/C legend racer in the area, I was sad to hear that Steve Weber will be hanging up the controller...R/C controller that is and picking up a TV contoller, and sitting in some barkolunger watching Nikita reruns and speed channel crotch rocket racing.

Too bad, since I figured this 10th at the K & B we could have some kind of farwell race, or memorial tribute for the old man fondly known to all as"The Web". Maybe a moment of silence, or burning of a nitro car, or running his controller up the flag pole as we bow our heads in tribute. Does anyone know how to get ahold of Gil Losi?. Maybe Gil will take the Web's vehicles and bronze them, or something and put them in the Losi Hall of fame......
My favorite, cause the girl can sing is.......... We can have Chim's wife sing some tear jerkin country song as we wipe away the tears, well you know what I mean, etc.

We had a "Weber Whoop Ass Race" at OakHill Last year and Web came and whipped everone's arse, so we don't want to call him out cause it just makes him mad......

Now where is my tv controller to catch a couple of Law and Order reruns?
