Hay guyes if you know of a good laptop that is cheep please let me know. All it needs to do is run the lap countig system. I thought that I had found one but when saw it was in bad shape and the guy wanted $300.00 for it. NOT!! Looking foward to the new blood in 19t sounds like it is going to be fun.
John..... what happened to the Compaq I got you some time ago? It should be more than able to run what you need. If it isn't, then what happened to it? I told you if you didn't need it any longer to return it to me.

Thanks John, its a lot of fun doing the website. George has been kicking butt doing the points standings.

I haven't checked out the disks yet, but plan on it tonight.

Looks like there's a 60% chance of racing tomorrow night. Hopefully it will avoid the track.

Hey Guys lets keep in mind that just because it is raining at your house doesn't mean it is raining at the track. so get in your car and make the trip.

Friday: Mixed clouds and sun with scattered thunderstorms. High 78F. Winds ESE at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 40%.
Friday (24 hours): Scattered thunderstorms. Highs in the upper 70s and lows in the low 60s.

The 103rd ST HW will miss the scattered thunderstorms so we can race. Just my prediction...I am no weatherman :p

I guess no one read my weather forecast :(

Hey Joe, www.rpmspeedway.com (http://www.rpmspeedway.com) has all the info and phone numbers if you have schedule questions. It appears they are going to run the split schedule deal this weekend. Stock in the morning and the 19t crowd in the afternoon. Call and talk to billy to make sure before you make the drive. c-ya

Rich

Hey Tuna....... Per Bean, Billy says open @ 0800 - Race at 1400. YOU say open @ 1000 - Race at 1300. What gives here? WHO is in charge of setting Schedule ???? We that drive over two hours one way would like a FINAL decision and stick to it. That 4 hour delay almost killed me last weekend. By the time we started first qualifer we should have been starting the Mains.

More cars is a good thing. I sure hope the weather holds out for us. I have to go to orlando again tomorrow so I hope I get back in town in time to race. Everything is packed in the car and ready but only time will tell. Also out of all the tires Rook ordered at hw only the purple rears and fronts came in. No magenta anything and no red fronts. Dont know what to tell everyone thats been needing tires except that you'll still be needing tires. I guess the purples are a good start. I know I could use a new set of fronts since my car uses them up faster than rears almost two to one and my car doesnt push at all.

IMO,This is probably the most intense points series I've personally ever seen since I've started racing! Lots of points-position swapping every week! Even the racing has gotten more intense since the old pavement days. You almost never know what's gonna happen every week-it's almost impossible to predict the outcome.
Dave P's right-if it isn't raining at your house or work,it may not be raining at the track. The races aren't officially called off until John or HW says so.
