Hey guys I'm going to branford tomorrow. Anybody else want to go? Races start at 1200 just like ours but you can get in early if needed. I'm not going there for any reason other than that was my original plan for this weekend. We really need to go to alternating sundays if we're going to keep racing on them. Lastnight was really enjoyable. Lets keep it that way. P.s. I was told today the the store has the new light fixtures in they just have'nt gotten around to putting them up. woo hoo no more black hole as Kevin call's it turn three/infield.:jest:

There were some clean close racing last night, in Pro-Spec, 4 cell stock and 19t. You all did a great job.

Kevin it was only one flash and it was during the early part of the race. I was going to tell you about the flash but noticed you did something with the camera and took another picture w/no flash. The comments after the Pro-Spec race by one racer was uncalled for. Tom (race director) did a good job when he talked to you. HW is a good place to race, but you have to ignore certain people. BTW I raced the road course last night and was pitted close to Jerry.

Maybe the flash should be checked before the first picture is taken!! Just a suggestion especially since it is dark outside.

aren't you supposed to use a flash at night? You guys are really being too hard on Kevin. I am sure the flash was unintentional, how many wrecks have you guys cuased that were unintentional? Give it a rest and go racing, geez.

If you guys ever do get to run the ARCORT 19t motors you will throw rocks at the C2's. You don't have to rebuild them near as much. And they are as fast or faster than the C2's. I spun one up on the dyno today and it was 104 watts @ 129 torque. I can't wait to unleash it in Daytona, ZOOM, ZOOM! :thumbsup:

Actually I knew that but must've been having episode of cranial flatulence. :devil: I was turnmashalling that race and just like any good turnmarshall my eyes never left my area of the track. Thats my story and I'm sticking to it.

Congrats to Parrot and Malin for dropping both Stock and Pro-Spec records Friday. Awesome runs.

I will run 4 cell stock every time there are enough people to run the class. It is a blast and I really want to get 31 laps.

So far the motor of choice is the Monster, but I here good things about the quad.

you gotta drop about 8 teeth on the pinion to get the proper performance out of the quad but they will run. I have not been able to get any better performance out of them than I do the monster motor. I hear the carpet guys up north are loving them and breaking old records left and right. Time and lot's of practice will tell.......

for hobby world i would go with the monster stock motor , it has a higher rpm range with more topend power.

the epic binary stock motor , isnt roar legal so i wouldnt think you can run it at hobby world.

butts is running 3 purples and a red rf I ran 4 purples and I think some of the other guys run pink rears and purple fronts. or 3 pinks and a purple rf.

Pink, purple, red ???no wonder I enjoyed capped tires LOL

these are foam tires

also 3 greens and a blue rf will work or blue fronts and green rears.

your best bang for the buck will be 4 purples

Who won plaques for touring? Are they being awarded for both 19t and stock touring? I know 19t is still up in the air from what I have heard, Marlowe and Hart were tied and had the same number of TQ's... dooh! Maybe they'll have to flip a coin or something.

eugene usually the rf is harder or the same as the lf but never softer

shawn i have no idea who won the points for the touring cars from what i heard it will be 19t only.

Anybody thought about combining all the Jax treads together? Just a thought. We all race at one place for now

Probably not a good idea. The purpose of combining threads is if they don't get much traffic individually. Our 3 threads stay busy! We actually need a few more:
