Just finished going thru mine again, truggy was stalling at idol. Acted like a broken clutch shoe, found I had to big of a shim on the inside of the clutch bell and was hitting both sides of the bearing and locking up up the bearing, put the right shims in and all better now. Still no monster truck for me, but I'm bring my brother who bought my savage from last year and he's going to race it.

Well I'm glad we did'nt race today, had a great breakfast with my daughter who is home from school today, then we went for a little 250mile motorcycle ride, Kalkaska across to Mio, north to Atlanta, stopped and seen my in-laws, then continued to Onaway, down to Wolverine then home.
Once home, we hopped in the car and headed up to Petoskey, had hot wings at Buffalo Wild Wings and saw Thor in 3d, all with my daughter.

It was a perfect daddy daughter day today, far better than racing, with that said, I'm now ready to do some racing tomorrow. spent the last 2 hours cleaning and and charging batteries to get ready for tomorrow.

I'm officially dead tired..........

In about 15 minutes, I'm leaving Muskegon heading to home in Gaylord, I think if I had all my race stuff, I'd camp out at the track tonight! But I'll see you fellas tomorrow, it's about time to break a land speed record from Muskegon to Gaylord in a minivan with the wife and two kids!! See ya boys in the am!

Didn't finish the emaxx yet, just got a little closer so I guess monster truck racing tomorrow is out. I still have a few bugs to work out but I will get it done soon and look out, a new beast will be at the track. :thumbsup:

That monster buggy is getting a face lift. It's getting a MMP and a new motor along with different batt. setup, no more running out of juice at the end of a 15 min main.:thumbsup:

i think we are changeing the lenth of the mains to better suit the electric guys. think they will be 10 or 12 minutes now.

Great day for racing guys, had a lot of fun. I think my brother was stoked with his race, maybe we will see more of him racing. Not the greatest day for me but NO BROKEN PARTS!!!!!!!!! I guess that is the greatest day I've had in a long time. Great job to Tipp running the race, went smooth and fast.

Well just fixed the clutch on the truggy. No more lose clutch shoe pins to bind the clutch bell. Now just find out why the buggy kept stalling for the first three minutes of the main and then run fine for the last five minutes.

I had a great time racing with everyone today too. I just wanted to send out a special congratulations to the new novice racers for doing such a nice job, I was especially impressed with JJ's kids Haili and Lewis, it was nice to see a few new novice faces. I hope that everybody enjoyed the program today, because I enjoyed bringing it to you..........

A special thanks to everyone for there hard work keeping the track watered and working with me on the marshalling issue, I was very pleased with the program today.

Oh yea, and will someone please sabotage GNS's cars for me, he's getting way to close for comfort in buggy and truggy, just need to slow him down a little. I was thinking about tonya harding, she has always been an inspiration to me.........LOL!
