Inferno, sorry I can't help, apparently I am a nitro guy and only speak nitro, the fact that I have a blitz, 2 xxxt, a xxxt-crc conversion, and a stampede have eluded the thinking of a few people. O and I race at least two electric classes at every event, but I will be of no help to you.

The Field card gets u in the ballpark. but u can buy a 200.00 laptop from Dell to fine tune the MMP. Or u can bum from somebody. FATHEAD RACING bought a computer just for racing..

cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i do have electric buggy and truggy sitting here for next year! do you have the basic settings for the mmp useing the castle link? i will have it tomorrw and dont want to screw anything up. right now i have a mmp, trinity 4.5 550 vented can motor and a 60c reedy, the problem is it is glitching really bad and somtimes wont even move, i have a xp1015 servo in it, i dont loose steering while on car stand but do loose power to motor for 3 to 5 seconds, and the servo does glitch now and then, i have a sensor wire and a CC Bec on the way also hopeing that might do the trick. but as for castle link settings i have not a clue

JBod thats the Xerun.. not the Ezrun they are 2 different ESC's. The Xerun is made by hobbywing but also re badged for Team Orion/Venom etc.
Xerun is great sensored ESC and PC programing with more tools/adjustments than Castle.
For USA Support. Hobby Partz in CA sells them and supports them. You will have it in 3 days no problems. You will also get good customer service I always have.
I noticed no one faster than mine this weekend. ESC never broke a sweet and motor was cool :) It was all the driver learning this beast.
Regardless of what some people say, I can tell you my 1/8 just sat for most of the summer last year playing returning games with Castle. I never ran more than 2 laps with out fireworks. With the Xerun that thing is a beast. :wave:

Thinking I need to back down on the drag brake than reduce my braking amount ..(might help), I was finding it was easier to drive with drag brake because when I have to brake in the air it wanted to lawn dart. LOL


By the way congrats to Bbrace in that last qualifying.
I wish his Main would have ran that way. He ran a nearly perfect race and cleaned up that run. When he gets that buggy figured out it will be awesome!!

Xerun combo comes with 1/8 motors. They are not recommend for 4x4 SC. They build heat on 2s pretty fast. You could run the ESC itself but not the motor.

I do not know for sure, I ordered the combo. I know my motor and ESC came wired with 4mm bullets.
If you have the MMP you will get just as good results. Just stay away from the MMM

Alot of guys are using that new Castle SCT 4x4 system. Everyone says great things about it.

more like a cold steel I beam LOL. i didn't break a thing, but also stayed out of trouble. or could have been the losi durability:tongue:. i checked the track temp Sunday and it was 49 degrees, with my temp gun. 62 in the pits.

you can say that. but i drove it before i talked to john and it wasnt hooked up at all. you hit the throttle and roundy round you go. thats the best he could get it. he couldve did alot better if it was totally hooked. he just couldnt drive it like he needed to, to win.
