Yep, Randy spoke to Toni yesturday and they worked out the specifics, should be a great day of racing and a chance to see some of the big boys from down state strut there stuff and you will get to rub elbows with them.

im not intentionly leaving anyone out.
but because im a die hard nitro head. LOL

ok nitro guys, this series was started to help keep the nitro burning in michigan. as we all know nitro numbers are way down across the state. this is are chance to race in a real nitro series.
i am doing my best to commit to every race in this series.
anyone else?

and that goes for everyone nitro and electric. whos in?

heres a list of the classes
classes:
1/8th nitro buggy
1/8th nitro truggy
electric 1/8th scale buggy
2 wheel open sc truck
4x4 open sc truck,

and electric truggie if theres enough intrest.

That's what I liked too, plus you can run in the winter and by January we'll have plenty of snow.

If you want to see some great pics of some of our racers at the R5 (Roar region 5) race result take a look on the PG Roar regional site, you will see podium pics of JJohnston, Revo and Anthony, all giving a geat showing for NMRCC and northern MI racers, I think I even seen a pic of Norm in the Pits searching for that perfect set-up. Congrats again to our brother racers who are showing southern MI what the Northern half of the state has to offer. Good job guys.

Got a co-worker smoking some up. First time he fished salmon so I let him take the fish and smoke one and I filleted the other two for them. I will be back up a couple more times this next week.

Looks like most guys are already gearing down for carpet racing.
Man I hate to see summer end. I might enjoy winter racing more if we had a larger carpet track or a nice indoor dirt track.

OK guys. Keep an eye open for anybody trying to sell RC cars. Russ Mustar had almost everything stolen. It was in his enclosed trailer in his back yard in Bay City. If anybody shows up with the following cars for sale, get their info and send it to me. I'll get it to Russ.
Losi Short Course Buggy- the Mt. Dew one I just painted for him. Has a SpeedPassion 17.5 system in it.
Associated RC8 buggy- electric. Has an American flag paint job on it.
Slash 4x4 converted to a buggy with 1/8 wheels and tires and an orange and green buggy body.
Associated T4. I think it has a white body with flames.
He also lost an Aquacraft UL1 hydroplane with american flag paint job, and an Aquacraft VS1 tunnel hull- Can't miss the tunnel, it's pink with Turkey Roost stickers on it.
Hopefully his trailer insurance will cover the losses. Luckily he had his SC10 and Sc10 4x4 inside the house along with his radio and batteries.

thats crappy!!! insurance will cover it only if it was hooked up to his truck at the time. good luck finding and will keep a eye out!

i know, im going to open the box and have that deer in the headlights look, 50 little plastic bags full of parts, i will know how ty felt when he got his kit. this thing is full of carbon fiber, not sure how that will hold up to my driving style:)

One little 7 pointe, young deer, when he came into the opening it was like a scene from the movie bambi. Little buck steps out the three partridge 5 squirels a chipmunk and two blue jays swooped in all at the same time. I actually chuckled out loud, yes, COL....LOL! After that I could'nt shoot, it would have been like shooting Bambi, that and Randy told me I could only shoot a mature buck........! From the eyes of an RC racer, what is mature?

I guess Bambi was lucky this time....LOL!
