Classes for the drag race will be the same as our race classes. We will do a seperate sign up sheet for the drag race and high jump. If there are not enough to do a class then we will put you somewhere to compete in both.

Revo, if you take the 2000 pounds of bricks out of the back of that F250 it will be a little faster. Maybe put it in the backof the elcomino, might even things up a bit....lol

Race2win, we look forward to meeting you, just thought I should let you know that our race program is a little different this Saturday because it is our last scheduled race of the season and our BBQ.

We are still racing, but will be running shortened heats and mains, a fun bucket race, drag racing and end the night with a high jump contest. It will still be a great day, hope you can make it out.

The food is free and the racing fun.

I told everyone that there where a couple of surprises, where not going to let the all the cats out of the bag, but I was told it was ok to let one cat out.

We will be having a raffle for a brand new in the box TLR22 or LOSI SCTE 4x4 SC. Both will be on display winner will walk away at the end of the day with a brand new race vehicle. Drawing will be held at the end of the day and you must be present to win.

If that is'nt reason enough, try the free food, racing and some show off your speed and bashing prowess and at the end of the day you may be taking home a brad new race vehicle.

See you all on Saturday, racings starts at 11am and the fun does'nt stop until we have someone walking away with a new vehicle.

Thanks Casey, I thinks we have all the buns and meat, just need dishes to pass. GNS is bringing cookies, I've got cup cakes and other deserts. Could use pasta dishes, chips, salads pretty much anything that will be good with pulled pork sandwiches, hotdogs and hamburgers.

Adam good to hear from you, the ramp is 4'1" tall 4' wide with a 6'10" run up the face. It sent my savage flux well over 16'.

Mike here in Canada - I'll be at the track in the morning to do some racing - I would like to get some info from someone tomorrow about your winter month carpet racing if anyone has any info for me on this - I should be at the track about 10:30 am - have to stop at your hobby store there in Gaylord to see if they have a part I need before heading for the track (mod 1 pinion gear 5 mm. 16 tooth is what I would like to find - not very common to find - might need it if motor runs hot with my 14 tooth).

Inferno, very nice talking to you and thanks for the good conversation, sounds like you have a nice track to race on but cant make a almost 4 hour trip for a 4 minute A-MAIN!! sorry not really a basher and cant make make a apearance for a bash/fun day. see you next year if not this winter!!
Sorry race2win, we would normally have a full program but this is our last scheduled race of the season, so we try and make it a fun day more than a serious race day. Yes, we are doing 3min qualifiers and we changed the mains to 5min. and added a 3 lap dash called the bucket race and some fun drag racing and a high jump contest.

We hav'nt had any national events yet, but we are waiting for a call back right now from Tony Tiger about an 8 race nitro series for next season, don't know all the spacifics yet, but they would like to race at our track in July or Aug. next summer, they think maybe 60 to 90 racers.

I understand the 4 hour travel to race, maybe we'll see ya next summer, you can pm me your phone # and I'd be happy to call you if you need any other information.Been a little busy and hav'nt been monitoring the thread much.

I just spoke to Randy and it looks like the track is flooded and it's suppose to rain all day.

Race is cancelled for today, we will be in touch to let all know what we will be doing for a re-schedule.

Gonna get with Randy and a few other racers and see what will work for everyone, we'll post it up here as soon as we get it figured out. Sunday's work better for some and Saturdays are better for others, I guess you just can't win.

Hey, Mike here from Canada, I'm ok!! Made it up to the track and it was flooded - races canceled. I kind of figured that since it rained all the way from Canada to Gaylord on my way - but I didn't care, I was testing out my new 2011 GMC 4X4 Truck which now has about 800 miles on it - the cruise control works great - I did some shopping in Gaylord at Wall-mart, the Hobby Shop & a few other sporting goods stores - also had a Pizza at that pizzeria across from Ponderosa Steak house. Met one of my friends at Tim Hortons coffee shop who was in Gaylord to shop a Lowes - all in all, a good trip!!

We will be having our make-up BBQ race on Sunday October 9th, racing will start at 11am. We will be running a regular race program 2 heats and a main. We will be eating either between 1st and second heat or after the 2 round of heats, not sure yet how the girls want to work it. Make sure and bring your appetite and a dish to pass, we are still planning on doing the TLR22 or Losi SCTE raffle we have built a ramp for the high jump competition but will not be doing an official high jump competition but we will be putting the jump on the track after racing for some bashing fun.

Randy says he'd like to see someone jump over the drivers stand. Are you the person that can do it? Personally I think the only person capable is Ice but prove me wrong if you can.
