Logan, my youngest, is turning 7 tomorrow, and we're getting ready for his party. Anyway, my wife and boys were putting together the little goody bags for the kids, and they were looking for something else to put in them. Before I could stop myself, I told the boys they could raid some boxes in the basement and get some cars to give away. I saw some duesies going into those bags: Spiderman Dodge Ambulance, Rebel Rods Cheetah, Pro Collector Nomad, some Surf Rods, some Lightning Brigades including the white Half Track and a sweet tanker, even Tom Lowe's gold GT500. All together they grabbed about 20 cars. My beloved collection is now being used as filler for birthday parties.
Naturally, I did veto a few choices. Original Hot Rods, Frightning Lightnings and Rebel Rods w/Hoosier tires were off limits. I need to protect some stuff! :thumbsup:

Yeah, it's morning now and I'm fighting a strong urge to swap out that Shelby before I leave for work. :rolleyes:

I think it's a great idea! I myself plan on loading my grandson with all kinds of fun cars when he's old enough to safely play with them.:thumbsup:
