For the race this Saturday (7/31/10) what is the starting time going to be???

Last time it was listed as 10:30 and then the day before the race it got pushed back to 11:30-12. Need a time so I can work on getting a baby sitter for the afternoon.

looks like i will be there this saturday for some MOD CORR, i will more than likely have to miss the first heat unless everything goes as planned, will have to see!!!

We are going to be starting at 11:00am on Sat. It looks like its going to be a beautiful weekend for racing. Due to some items missing and broken in the garage there will be no more pitting in the garage. (sorry guys) :( The 1/8th scale track is going to be changed this weekend after racing on saturday and sunday. :thumbsup:

Thanks to everyone that helped take the pipe up on the nitro track today, it is a big help. That means yes the nitro track is finally getting a new face lift. We are hoping to have it ready for next week? Ill keep you guys posted on its progress. Remember August 13th and 14th nightmare on the hill weekend.

Turnout was a bit light. Thanks for all the volunteer marshals today. Had great track conditions today, overcast decent moisture content made for some fast and close racing. See you next week Sean.

There will be no 1/8th Scale racing this weekend:( The track will not be you ready for saturday's racing. We will be the working on the track friday evening and saturday and sunday to get ready for The nightmare on the hill race next Weekend.
Chuck reserved the lighting system for next saturday night night race on a 10th scale track. we are also currently working on getting everything in place for that race weekend.

Always a great time under the lights.
Last year at the bonfire it was Dave "Monster Billy" at the controls jumping the fire pit. Sure looked cool(hot) him going thru with embers trailing as he jumped. I paticularly liked when his truck caught on fire and he had to run over and put it out. Also, Oval racing with the Slashes was awesome.

When there Are racers that travel an hour or more the track tries to make a call as late as possible so racers don't travel an HR for a rain out. The track was soaked. In spots. Usually no problem over to the nitro track ? The nitro track was stripped off.

To let all the 1/8 the scale racers know, the track is down and the pipe will be on tomorrow. The track is sweet!

Talked to Chuck today, nitro track is done. I'm going over in the morning to get some pictures. Also the oval track is ready to race on.

Friday nite don't forget about the test and tune, also there will be a Run what ya Brung on the oval to! All for $5.00!! :eek: :thumbsup: Always fun to go fast and turn left!!!
