Better get it built during the week so you don't miss out on a great day of racing!

It's going to be the same deal as last time! Double header - mains from a week ago and then the full program.

Don't miss out on the last "official" race of the season

Sure hope you can make it Dennis, but please no more 10 lap races, I can not keep up. You did get 10 laps in the main last race day at granger but I think I may have qualified ahead of you for this weeks mains, really fun competing with you either way

Will there be a practice Thursday or Friday due to the rain today?

We will not have practice tomorrow (thursday). I will most likely need the next two evenings to get the track dried up and in shape for Saturday but if I have it ready early, I will let everyone know.

Saturday is looking beautiful

I'll be working on the race track this evening at 6:00 and could use a hand doing some patchwork and fine tuning. Anyone having free time to lend a hand would be much appreciated.

It looks like we are going to have a beautiful day for racing tomorrow.

Don't be late, we will start racing promptly at 10:30.

We'll see YOU in the AM

Sorry to say that I will not be able to run with you all tomorrow. I just want to thank Mike and his crew for providing us all with an excellent place to pacify our competitive nature and most of all spend a day with some of the best people I have met.

Thanks for a great season of racing Granger Offroad RC. Can't wait 'til next year. Have fun tomorrow and enjoy the day.

All the best,
Dennis

Have not heard anything from Kevin Lewis since he left here. I have tried (several times) to contact him with no returned phone call. Go figure.

Your deck can wait until Sunday and you can race while you are on call. Don't miss out on the last perfect day of the season!

The track is now in the best condition it has been in months. Smoother in many spots, way less rocks and watered in just as it got dark.

For those coming to race with us, remember we will be racing at 10:30 prompt so come in early and be ready. We are going to rock this place and it is going to be an awesome day of racing for all!

I'll see you trackside in the AM :thumbsup:

Even though I had arrived late for all the fun, it was a fantanstic day for racing. Thanks Mike for giving us a great place to hang on any given Saturday.

Gary, sorry you had so much trouble with your vehicles. You were running good too.

And a big thanks to the Granger Offroad chefs (Pam and family). Thanks for providing us with delicious eats all year.

It was nice to see Granger Offroad finish the year on a strong note.

We had a great time Saturday!!! Wish we could have got out more!!! Mike, track was awesome Tyler said!! Fun,little challenging, and still plenty fast!! Awesome Mexican chili from your misses also!! Should have ate more than two bowls but had a cheeseburger too and was pretty full!! Cheeseburger was great too!!! Thanks to her for coming out!!!! Can't wait for next year!!! Maybe weather will co-operate and we can get another weekend in this year!!!

Gary,
I sent your piston and sleeve back to you today!! It was in dire need of a pinch! Good to go now!!! Make sure you pre-heat motor before you try to start it for about half a gallon till it loosens up a little. I also ran the motor I had in the truck on 30% fuel. Not sure what you are running. If it is 20% the head button needs reshimmed for it.

Thanks again to all the Granger crew for an awesome place to race!!! Good to see Todd calling the races again!! He does one heck of a job and makes it fun all day long!!!

I had a ton of fun out there this year as well. I just got into the hobby and love coming out with the boy for some track time. We both look forward to coming out when we can.

With the racing season over does that mean Wednesday practice is over as well?

Hey Devin and I are flying in for the last race for the NIRCSS. If anyone is going to be there that could let us use some tools or maybe a outlet if we need it would be really great. We are racing at a track in Easely SC. It's not as big as granger but we can still race. They race short course and some 8th scale buggy. Hope to see the old group there.

Thanks Marty

Thanks for coming out. For now we will not be having practice unless I post something here.

We'll see you next year. In the meantime check out MRCR for their off road carpet program. They race Friday evenings and are a great group of guys.

Mike,

What brand of personal transponder is compatible with the timing system at the track?

AMB (which is now Mylaps). They are by far the most widely used for rc scoring in the area.

Mike,

What brand of personal transponder is compatible with the timing system at the track?

You CAN also use the MRT transponders from Europe. But basically, Mike is right... AMB / MyLaps...
