Ahh yup got it!

Had something like that on my 8ight. Did you check your front driveshaft CVD joint? I found my set screw had a little bit of crap on the tip of it and it wasn't in far enough to let the CVD operate as it should.

Probably just a case of stupidity on my part, but it's all learning I suppose!!

Yup checked that too! The rc8be cvd's dont have grub screw in them they are held together by a clip! They do have some ware on them so thats what i am thinking the problem is! Its just strange and hard to explain all the symptoms! Thanks for the input though!

I bet we have a big turnout next week! Last club race for a couple weeks then off to Stateline for the NIRCSS on July 2nd and back home for the Tri-county West 8th scale race July 9th. Might even be a great weekend to get the concession ladies back :)

It was a good day at the track for sure! Bruce is gonna get his losi strike back together for his girlfriend to race with! She had a blast beatin up his 4x4! Now only if i can get my wife into it! I am gonna take my dad up to gobles for some practice for fathers day so he will feel more comfortable to actually race with us!

Tri county series is 1/8 buggies and truggies, nitro and electric!

I hope we start getting some good turnouts for the tracks sake but personally I like getting home earlier and not having so many people ahead of me at the finish line, and I broke into the 9 lap crowd in the main:thumbsup:
I really do not understand how the place is not packed every saturday maybe I just need rc anonimus worse than everyone else, except maybe Mike and the rest of the crew:confused:

Lots of things going on this weekend, MIS race, red bud, king of kings race, northern lights at proving grounds! I bet it will be a big week next saturday!

What is this Tri country west Race ? Red Bud was last weekend and 4th of July weekend.
Alot of people still work on saturdays I take two saturdays off a month. Not enought saturdays in a month. I personally have Sundays free. Being a bussiness owner sucks sometimes But I like the play toys.

I'll be at Stateline on the 4th of july I don't care for the super big crowds or Iwould go to Red Bud I have a free pass I'll go up sunday for the amature race.

The Tri-County West is a nitro and electric 8th scale buggy and truggy series that Edwin Hartman runs (Al Horne does the Tri-County East). I agreed to host a race for this cool series on July 9th. Check them out in the events section.

Sorry I couldn't help out with the turn-marshalling on Sat. , I really jacked up my back BAD on thurs night, but wanted to come out anyways!
If all goes well, maybe we'll be there on Weds. night for practice, and trying to pull our group (revo's) together for this Sat.!
As always, Will and I had a good time tho, and can't wait to come out there again!

I will bring a couple of warheads wed, if the weather and work cooperate. Got my hubs put back on the right sides so I now have toe in on the rear instead of toe out. Tried running my wifes warhead but I think the motor is just plum wore out (guess I know where the associated .28 goes Thanks Kale just need a thinner flywheel now). I have not touched the one mike raced the other day but I have a 2oz larger fuel tank in the pit box so maybe it will go for a whole 6 min

I just might be messing with the old nitro Revo a little this week. It would be cool to see the old Bronco hit the track again - even just to play a little.

no fuel through it, I mounted a warhead flywheel but then the associated clutch nut held the clutch out too far for my likings (the outer bearing was less than 1/2 way on the shaft) so I ordered an associated flywheel today and will likely pick it up at Petes on thursday, then to decide which truck to put it in? (hate to put it in my wifes then not be able to use it)

2 classes is enough fun for 1 weekend, its really hard to race and marshal for 3 classes, hmm maybe the I could skip the stadium truck but I really like that class and hope to learn to drive in it. Maple city boys are going to make an appearence also, maybe I will get ahold of the stevensville group

I need an air filter for a 10th scale motor. If I get time tomorrow I might even have the Fantom motor in my old Bronco/Revo! Anyone have a good air filter they want to part with?
