All right guys, been working on getting this finalized for a while....so here it is. Attached is the schedule for Proving Grounds from October 30, 2009 - March 31, 2010. A few things to draw your attention to:

1.) October 30 and 31 Halloween Havoc (Grand Opening)
2.) November 6 and 7 Points Series Race #1
3.) November 27 and 28 Holiday Classic Race (For Thanksgiving)
4.) December 18 and 19 Points Series Race #2
5.) January 8 and 9 New Years Bash Race
6.) February 5 and 6 Points Series Race #3
7.) March 26 and 27 Points Series Race #4

We will be running a points series during this winter for both electric and nitro. It will be the best 3 of 4 races for point totals. There are also three special events planned right now, one for Halloween, one for Thanksgiving and one for New Years. We might add one for St. Patties day if there is enough interest?

All club races and practice nights are standard posted fees. Special events and the points series will be priced separately.

There may be other items added to these lists of events, as these items come about we will let you know and update our schedules.

Please feel free to look over these dates to make sure I did not make a mistake someplace. I have been looking at these pages so much, that its all a blur to me right now. Mistakes do happen, to please let me know if you find anything that is an error. Thanks guys!

This information will also be posted on www.TeamVirusRacing.com to make it easy to find later on.

1/8th scale electric buggies and truggies are welcome on Friday and Saturday, BUT they will not run with the nitro's. They can only run in an electric class with other electrics.

Perfect, I think that is the best way to do it.

Track is complete as far as I know. They are working with watering right now to figure out how much is needed to make things stay moist. I know they have compacted the entire track several times already. So mostly just trying to get the surface to be consistent now and get the loose surface off of it. Here is a picture of it tonight.

Looks pretty good...

They decided against tubes over the big jumps? I think Roy was thinking about it.

Looks good though.

Not sure, maybe they did decide not to? I am sure if they did, they had a reason for it. I dont know the answer to that one, I will let someone like Roy or E answer that.

How many pivot balls did he rip out during the day? Come on man. I know you are trying to defend your sponsor and can't admit it, but pivot balls suck. There is a reason no one uses them anymore. Hell, I thought they were illegal by this point.

Good to see you're still alive though. Been a while bro.

~soft smile~:p yeah I did have fun watching the Nitro races at Gobles this year. I have to admit that E's place is big enough that the sound and smell will be minimal. You should all show up with plastic pumpkins (candy catchers) and say tick or treat and make them give you guys candy since you will all be there on Halloween day. Of course you will have to dress up.

ill be there with nitro, the smell noise gets my blood pumping,
i use to play with eletric toys when i was a child.
what ever happened to real men racing! getting dirty, tuning an engine, down in the trenches, HU HU HU HU. i wonder what Tim Allen say between playing with toys and real racing!!!!!!!!!!!

gas is for washing parts
electricity is for running your blender
alchohol is what you put in your blender
nitro is for racing:thumbsup:

Do I hold it in or do I stir the pot? Decisions, decisions, decisions......

Oh you know I have to stir it just a little bit!

If nitro is so wonderful, why are all the nitro guys afraid of an electric 1/8th scale running with them in a race?

Everyone go get some popcorn and a soda and watch the excitement that will ensue!
