He went for a swallow test today to see if he can handle swallowing real food and he passed!:thumbsup: They will be giving him breakfast in the am for the next two days and then will progress from there. The game plan is to get him back to eating solid foods and off the feeding tube with in the next two weeks. He has been able to pull himself up to the lap bar and stand holding onto that for two minutes without assistance. With assistance he can walk about 50 ft. Mom is able to take him out in his wheelchair and they get to stroll to a nearby park and watch little league baseball on nice days.
We can not thank you all enough for your continued support and concern in his healing and progress.

yeah no doubt. There is more than that out there...Where are some of Dukes guys at? I would think they would run this series, even more so since they might have a home track advantage. I saw Ed L. not too long ago with a buggy. We should have just about everyone that ran in the Rising race too...

So in order for Roy to win points, he needs to out qualify Boatman and beat him by a total of 6+ positions, AND then hope Waters doesn't have a good run and beat Roy by even 1 spot. There are several real tight races in points right now, this Saturday is going to be a real good day of racing.

Well we still have over two weeks so some more guys should figure out the snow is gone and its time to fire up. When are we going to know what other tracks will be included in the series? I'm sure I'm not alone in this thinking but I wanna spend a little extra time at those specific tracks and I do believe they offer practice as of NOW.

I wish I could give a straight answer on that right this minute, but I cant "yet". I would love to run all 6 races and hit every track just as we planned to do. But if we are only talking about 20ish entries, I am not sure that is going to happen. We may not be able to make that determination until after the 1st race on April 17. Don't ask me why its so hard for people to sign up for something when it only takes a minute or two to do. But I am POSITIVE there will be people showing up to race that were to lazy to pre-register. And unfortunately that's going to be the only time we can get a real feel for how many race entries we are going to have. So when we can't give a good answer to a question as simple as "How many races and at what tracks", remember to thank those who decided they didn't have to sign up early. :wave:

ya know guys i know its hard to think this way but no body has to do anything they do for us, Revo has no reason to post results other than wanting to help promote the sport, Lawndart roy and all the guys that build these tracks that everyone has a problem with could very easily stay home all day on a sunday and be with their family instead of busting their buts to try and put out a track that is worthy of you guys to pick apart and complain... Oh hey wait a minute did E really need to go out and find us a top notch place to race put in all this time working on the place and making sure that he considers as many people as possible in his decisions.

Here's the thing guys E wants us to take pride in the track he wants it to a be a place we can all be proud of. You don't like how things are being run how bout you get off your computer and go out and try to help out. This is a "trial" 3:02PM start. Reason for it is we were there until midnight or later each of the first three rounds of the series, and many people want to be out and home long before that. I am going to guess we will be done around 9:30PM or so.

I've been racing R/C a lot of years.. And I'm sure a lot of people would agree I've put a lot into this hobby. A lot of money.. A lot of time.. I'm always doing my best to bring new people in. I've been part of a lot of R/C clubs.. and done plenty for any I've been part of.. For someone to state I'm siting behind my computer and crying about how things are being ran is complete nonsense. PG is a great place to race.. and I would not hesitate to say the things I said to Revo to his face. Do you really think Joe would put someone down (other than a close friend) like he did in that post to their face? I think not.. I've seen people stabbed for less disrespect.
