I think Tommy Heister still makes a very nice silicone slip-on for the Dragsters. I have a set of the rear wheels/tires on one of my O-Gauge '49 Mercs(along with Super II mags and an AFX 6 OHM arm!!) It flys!

The PVTs are very nice.

No flaws blems or boogers, and a nicely rolled outer sidewall.

Yes, he gets them from Penn Valley. Penn Valley is literally 1 minute from my house. I have tons of their silicone tires! They are the best out there!!

slotcarcentral has them NOS. The big FAT ones like from the peace tank and the roarin rolls cars.
