I paid $111 more for my car then you did , and $15 dollars more for my brushless system then you did for a total $126 more then you paid for your setup . We will see by the end of season if it was worth $126 more . With Mark now running the sister car of my Hyperdrive I think you will see more Hyper wins then Losi wins . I'm running an SMC 5200 and a Castle 6900KV motor. I think it is 3 turns but I'm not sure (guessing because the 4600 is 4T and the 5700 is 3.5T)

BK2 trans is 2.53. Isn't the original slider trans 2.50? So not that much different. Certainly not enough to use an as excuse.

Yea you got beat by 2 toys that race. I respect that you admitted it. The fact that your car was 12 years old is irrelevent. You could win with a gold pan RC10. You can drive. The problem I had with my Slider from race 2 through the entire season was the axle carrier you sold me. Even though you and I looked it over and over, it was not right. The geometry of the axle carrier made the axle out drive rub on the a arm. The right rear a arm only had about 25% of its travel. Lost the down travel. Plus everytime the suspension would relax after hitting a roll in the track, the right outside tire would brake. No wonder my car was loose and spun out all the time. That happend quite often. I was chasing set up and tires all year. And I still got a second place. Wait till this year. Car is allllllll fixed. LOSI to the front...no doubt.

Actually I have been tied up selling and delivering my 1930 Model A Ford all week.

Now it is too late to break out the airbrush and paint them. they have to sit two or three days before use.

Plus smack is more fun. It livens up the board a little.:cool:
