This is the Newman Porsche 956 that ran in the '84 LeMans. It started life as the AFX version, and was lowered.

The yellow, black, and white color combo is my favorite. I wish Racemasters would do this livery (or similar) or the Taka-Q version from the '87 LeMans.

Beautifully done GTPguy. The next round of RaceMasters MegaGs are going to significantly raise the bar on the 962s and some authentic liveries like the ones you've mentioned would be major icing on the cake.

That P962 body is too assy when raced against the Toyotas, Mercs and Jags. Maybe slamming it will improve things. Our GTP class could use another manufacturer. :)

Maybe one of the resin guys will stretch it, graft the posterior from the Toyota on, and cast it for the 1.7 chassis :)

What is really missing is the Lancia LC2 :( The forgotten Group C car....
